you pH it soo high, but I'd need to know more about what system you are using. Plain DWC? True Bubbleponics with water pump and feeder tubes?
I just have a 5 gal bucket with a air stone atm. lol the ph is the dirt bag in me.

was that a full moon? After the first few weeks in 12/12 the plant gets into full on flower and a little light doesn't hurt.

You want to avoid unnessasary light when ever you can. Its hard to compare the light from stars and the moon to anything that would be in your grow room. You want it dark.

roseman you are tha shit dude..
If you have blue, white, or red led fans you are gona have problems. You dont need new fans, just cut the power lines going to the leds. by dim enough to be in your grow room, how close it is has a lot to do with it. the rted led on your tv or dvd player across the room might not do anything, but a couple of feet from your plants can definitely cause problems. Why are we giving out misinformation to people, when it can do only bad things to his grow, YOU WANT NO LIGHT IN YOUR INDOOR GROW DURING THE DARK PERIOD. With the exception of green light if you have to work in there during the dark period, and that you dont want left on every dark cycle.

Integra while its a good thing to hope and shoot for and it will help the yield... I had a nice sized light leak right over my canopy for a while... No hermies and pulled a quap off 3 plants.. So for the record roseman did not give out misinformation. If that were fact I wouldn't have been able to harvest my last outdoor grow as it was off a pretty busy road out in the country a bit. Cars driving past all night with their brights on pointing right at them and never had a problem. People leave their porch lights on all night to deter possible thieves... They have no problem..

You can not let a ray of strong light shine on them, in the darkness of 12/12, or you;ll get a hermie and slower flowering.
I have completed 7 grows and well,,,tell me:

that may be the case, but saying led fans in a grow room are ok, is definitely misinformation. Im not trying to get an argument going, thats not in the spirit of this thread.

the blue lights come on soon as you plug tha fan up. so do i need to get something to cover the light. i was going to put a peace of charcoal filter on it but i know light will still get through.

the best thing to do is to cut the black ground line that feeds power to the leds, not the one on the fan plug. Just cut the power to them, and you'll have no problems.

I am not a debater nor do I argue and as far as I know, you could be right, but as far as I do know from experience, I keep a very dim light in
there so I can see them in the dark.

But I'd agree with you before I'd argue. We are growing bubblehead brothers.
I do wonder,
How bright can one LED light be on a computer?

If you say one LED light will mess it up and he can cut that light off, well............do it.

Peace you guys.
It is Friday!

I would have to imagine that a single led on a computer would be very dim and meaning less, but an led pc fan in generally 4-10 leds that are very bright with usable spectrum light(blue&red most common colors) They are pretty much equivilant to to an led flashlight. Here's a link so you get the idea:

looking at that you can see why I would say it's a no no.
