Can anyone help me ? please tell me what this is. i'm using Fox farm nutes & molassess,5th week of flowering,400hps, can this be fixed ?

That is perfectly natural for that stage of flowering. The plant is using its stored energy (fan leaves) to create more buds. Just let it takes its course. Many of the larger leaves will yellow and die, followed by smaller leaves closer to the buds. You're good!
 
U done well. Look uniform like it should. Its an n deficiency which u want in late flower for best taste. If u feel they're yellowing off too early give them something with some N value to it. Good job they look great

yea thats normal. when they dry up, pull them off. dont pull if they dont wanna come off, they should just kinda fall off. check the pH tho just to make sure everythings ok. if the pH is ok, and you havent done anything differently, then its just the plant getting old
