Had an idea recently...lemme know what you think.
This is all assuming you are in a non mj friendly state.
Everyone knows the risk involved with ordering seeds is relatively small in the usa. If they are intercepted, you get the green tape and a letter from customs.
I have heard of a few rare cases in which customs contacts local authorities, which may run you the slight risk of your friendly local LEO coming to do a "knock and talk" to see if they can turn up anything.
Now suppose you use a remailer service in a med state, let's say california for this discussion. Now let's say your seeds get intercepted, AND local law enforcement is notified by customs...Unlikely as that may be.
From what I have read, a local cop in a mj friendly county/city isn't going to give a damn that you tried to import a few seeds. How likely is it that they go to the mail service and subpeona the records to find out where they were being remailed to?
The biggest flaw I see is that the possiblity may exist that the feds somehow get involved and treat it as mail fraud, or whatever other charges may apply.
Is there something to this idea? Might this decrease the risk a little, or do all the extra steps possibly make it even riskier?
Or have I just smoked myself retarded?
