actually that does work believe it or not, it will start re-vegging if enough leaves are left and its under 18/6 of course. i didn't believe it but i've been shown several times that it does come back
did u see that plant??? there was nuthhing left on that at all... sure plants can be reveged, but look at that thing.. it was not!!! besides, a plant will carry its genetics, traits and potency no matter how many times its been cloned.. but once its been in bud and reveged, u lose that "original" quailty...

I have everything: some fan leaves, some pocorns, and plenty of time. Lighting will be weaker and weaker as time passes and winter approaches, but I hope it's just enough to keep her alive and green. I'll keep it in the living room with the roof lights on.

I know it isn't probably worth it if you look at yield, but hey mates it's my x-mas tree! I'd just love to have it green for x-mas :D

Plus, I'm learning...

is this like your only plant, i mean, if its takin up space and your relying on it for bud when you could have a new plant take its place then i would toss it.. it will take a ~month to even be a noticeable change in her

i know man, thats exactly what i use to think.. look i agree with your disagree, basically saying.. but, why? yet i use to tell people you couldn't until i saw pics that this guy had of a plant that looked just like that one and it came back and never was the same (goes without saying) ,but sure enough started budding again.. btw i would just 12/12. no point to re-veg. its too tall.. i know im sounding crazy lol. the pics i was shown, the guy got about 1/10 of the buds that that the original one had.. but i have seen that with a smaller plant you can re-veg and even get more if you leave a lot of leaves

the uality is still diminished, y bother??? cut clones b4?? its not really experimented.. its been done... is it provin profitable?? no ,so cut a clone b4 hand instead of reserecting... hes not the pope

lol, yah i clone all my plants... haven't used a seed in a long time. i was just tryin to say it can be done... and if he wants to, and he does, then he might be happy that it actually does do something after you harvest, but that will be the extent of his enjoyment. the plant wont yield shit after words when its like that. btw, the guy that did re-veg was trying to tell me that he had one plant for 3 years.. could of had 100s of clones in that time

Yes, you are right. Consider indeed that I have no space for a proper grow room, so I am forced to wait next spring to start over from seed again.

It's not like I am investing anything on revegging, I'm just keeping her around, with ambient lights on, this fall and winter.

Here's a closer look at what's left:

I agree with all of you saying that it's not worth from an yield point of view, and that the next harvest (if it can ever be produced, not sure with the present conditions) wouldn't be anywhere near to the actual.

dude you can clone that plant right now, thats what you should do
Even if the winter is approaching?
Consider that I have no lights other than ambient & window sun...

I'm fearing that cloning now would result in weaker plants if compared to cloning this plant in spring when revegged (if ever both clones and mother survive the winter).

Partially it is true: I really thinked "what ever hapens, happens" for the most of this grow, but it is because I started with very few knowledge (you RIU people helped A LOT!), and with bagseed, with no space for a grow room with proper lights (I didn't realize what "proper lights" were until the middle of this grow).

Indeed I learned a lot doing so, it went far past my initial expectations, and probably I will make a better use of the whole experience next year.

Yes I do truly love this hobby! Thanks for the positive message sogbunn!

Indeed I'm just beyond the noob level, I would define myself an amateur. I didn't even ever see a live mj plant before mine, go figure.
Unfortunately I can't grow as I would like to here, but I'll try to do my best year after year :)

For next year, I will plant this seed I found (hoping in a second healty female), plus maybe some serious seeds. I have also some bagseed saved from last years weed, these will go outdoor.

I will do:
- top/fim (yet to decide, but I'm inclined to fimming since I read it can potentially generate more branches)
- LST to keep plants short from beginning
- supercrop (eventually)
- pre-fert soil seriously, so to have an adequate medium
- learn, learn, learn, and keep learning!

And the winner is: punkenstien!

Dry weight is 12 grams, or .45 ounces.

I also have 7 grams (.25 oz) of trimmings I will make edibles with.

Smoke report later on...
