No problem man! I hope it's helpful. I'll check out your journal now too. =)

To subscribe, click the 'Thread Tools' menu at the top of each page and in the drop-down menu in there is the option to sub.. :peace:

Hope your BC are doing well!! We just finished smoking all our BC from my last grow and can't wait to refill our stash with more of that dank-ass cheesy bud! I've got 6 more strains of Barney's seeds waiting to start - can't decided which to do next!!!

Nice looking plants you got there.
How many watts is your light?
Where did you get that grow tent from?

I'm using a 400w MH ballast with a regular MH bulb for vegging and an HPS conversion bulb for flowering.

I actually got that tent on eBay from a seller here in Canada. It was quite a good deal - it came to $230 including shipping....

I almost got the Barney's Blue Cheese, but decided on the Red Cherry Berry.. I will be starting those in a week along with some others..

It's looking sticky!

Thanks for stopping in BTT!!! I think I recognize you from my last grow... =)

I have to watch your cherry-berry grow! I happened to get a few of those beans this summer too... from Barney's right now, I have these feminized strains waiting to be grown:

2x LSD
2x Red Cherry Berry
2x Red Dragon
2x Crimea Blue
2x Sweet Tooth

I also have 2x Bubblicious (Nirvana) and 1x Dreamtime (Nr. NICE) left from my first grow...

I probably should have started my next round already, but I can't decide which ones to start next! lol...

Why dont you do the cherry berry so u and btt and kind of grow them together...well at the same time at least!!! then you could help each other along as well!!
I got the Barneys Nightshade growing a Barneys Blue Cheese at the mo but i must say when i last went to amsterdam and in to Barneys their Cherry Berry was the best at the time and i would like to get some on the go at some point!! Not sure how high they grow though as that was 1 of the reasons i got the Nightshade is because it a short plant plus at the time you couldn't get fem seeds!!
If the Cherry Berry stays short on your grows i will def be getting some!!!

I plan on starting my Cherry Berry in about a week..

I also got a Fem mix pack from Greenhouse with: Great White Shark, Lemon Skunk, White Rhino, Trainwreck, and Cheese.. Also got Fem DNA Sour Cream and LA Woman as freebies..

I dont know which to start first either.. Prolly go with the cherry berry, lemon skunk, great white, and sour cream to start things off..

Stop by my journal sometime.. I have 8 clones of bagseed I just put into flower about a week ago.. Its going to be a jungle in there soon!!

Pics of the girlz shortly after thier last feeding and various scribblings....

- Notice the one top is showing some pinkish pistils... she's pretty.
- the Bluecheese has started to flex it's muscles and has been rewarded with a ton of more space in her corner!
- been tieing branches and staking stems every day!!! Got'em placed just where I want them though...
- Buds are looking awesome - bigger and stickier every day! The molasses seems to be working it's magic!
- lots of brownish hairs already, but they will still need another few weeks at least..... need to get a scope so I can check the trichs.....
- there's been a lot of weaker branches and leaves trimmed from the lower third of the plants in order to help force the soil-fed nutrients further up the stems.
- immediately after feeding, droopy leaves reacted and perked up - nice sign that there's good flow in the plants and shouldn't be any nutrient block going on.
- many leaves are getting dark brown tips - I'll most likely give a straight water (maybe with some molasses) feeding only next time to give the girls a break from the flowering food.
- mental note...er.(i guess that's not necessary on here..lol)... don't use yarn next time for LST and training stems/branches to stakes...sticky buds pick up fuzz to easily.

ENJOY THE BUD PRON!!! :joint: :bongsmilie:

iv got a few problems with mine bro, if u hav the time and dont mind do u think u cud help me out?

the problems and pix r inmy journal..

thanx alot pal.

lookin good! can we be expecting a smoke report of your bc? i just got some bc and utopia haze from barney's myself for when my current ones done in about 4 more weeks. actually the main reason i found your post was your iguana juice. i have been using it myself and really am happy with how big their getting. also using about 2 tbsp of organic agave nectar per gallon because as far as im concerned its the same as molasses (someone let me know if this actually isn't a good idea)

Hey there goldfish - welcome to my journal! As far as a 'smoke report' - I can't wait to put that together!!! ..lol... I did already grow a Barney's BlueCheese (BBC) in my last grow which was my first... The BBC was a fantastic smoke - very strong tasting. So much so, that it almost had a soapy taste which made me think that I might have cut her a bit soon but I don't think that was the case. The cured BBC smells sweet and powerful - smokes well in both pipe and joint but preferred in a joint. The high hits you light at first, but after after about 15 minutes it bowls you over! I supposed you could call it a type of 'creeper' high, but those few minutes before it really hits you, it gives a really clear-headed feeling. My wife even said it made her see clearer, as she has glasses and found it to give her a 'crisper' sight... quite interesting. The smoke has a smooth taste which comes across slightly harsh at first, but as soon as your second hit it's a real charmer and tastes just wonderful and sweet with that excellent cheese mixed in - gotta love that skunk undertone!

A big-ass blunt of BBC will annihilate you for an entire evening - even when shared with 5-6 buddies!!!

Check out my first journal for some pics... https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/179521-first-timer-bubblicious-blue-cheese.html

Still watching mate!!! everything looks great from the pics!!! im hoping mine turn out somthing like yours!!! they will be a big arse smile if they do!!!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!!

- Well, here we go starting the 7th week of flowering. It's been an awesome ride so far, and the girls are really showing their odor and size right now! We can only run the ventilation fan at night when the lights are on, so in the morning when we have to turn off the fan, the house really starts to smell  ... Oh well, only a few weeks left. bongsmilie

- I gave them a gallon and a half of straight water with 1.5 tblsp of molasses yesterday evening and that may be the last feeding the will get. The blue-cheese looks to be about 1 week behind though, so I just might give it one more feeding.

- These big bag-seed ladies have really impressed me - high-yielding and easy to control. I was a bit worried at first with how tall they were getting, but I think it just turns out they should have maybe been put into flower a few weeks earlier. (4 weeks veg) I wanted to keep them all on the same light cycle though so I waited for the blue-cheese to catch up before putting them to 12/12... 6 weeks veg.

- I'm 100% sold on the molasses addition to the last 4 weeks of flowering... I've seen my girls swell in size and really start to ooze the resin. You can see in these pics how sparkly they are!!

- Next grow I plan to use 1/2 the amount of molasses of what I used during flowering this time, throughout veg (~1 tblsp) and then again in the mid flowering before going to the full amount for the last 4 weeks of flower...

- I may also use the AN Nirvana nutrient a bit during veg. The instructions suggest that it can be used to help with growth, so I may use a bit with the veg nutes as well as in my foliar spray...

But enough of my ramblings.... on with the picz!!!! Enjoy, and please post any questions or comments.

The pics were taken below the light, so some of them look brighter than others... but there's a lot of new white hairs on the top buds so they really are very white... and the leaves have alot of crystals on them that make it look whitish too. :leaf:

So.... we've been hit with some interesting weather here this past week, and there's about 3 inches of SNOW outside... needless to say, my rain-barrel is frozen all the way through and I was forced to use Ph'd tap-water on Monday to give the girls a small drink...

Tonight though, I went outside and shoveled my walk and brought in a big basin of clean white snow to melt... I hope that will sufficiently replace the rain-water that the plants have been appreciating up until this point! It should melt within a day or so inside my warm grow-room and also bring the temps down in there a bit which will be good - flowering plants tend to like lower temps and low humidity as well (can't remember now where I read that but...)

It's been hard to know for sure without a scope, but I think my girls only need about a week and a half until they're ready to harvest so I need to get at least one really good flush in before that time, hopefully 2 flushes but we'll see. The plan is (like i'd mentioned in an earlier post I think) still to give the blue-cheese 1 more nute feeding before flushing and then another week longer than the rest... but it's really a day-to-day thing right now - I may chop them all at once - not sure yet.
