clones in veg are drooping

I have 2 mental floss clones and 1 purple kush clone that are in veg right now. They were only transplanted about a week ago and aren't really showing any roots, so I doubt they are root bound. I water them everyday but only when the soil gets dry, so I'm pretty sure it's not over or under watering. My temps are in the high 70's and Im still pretty cautious with the nutrients. They are healthy as ever, just they are bent over like they are drooping. The mostly likely cause seemed to be rootbound but now im not so sure.. anyone have any comments??

do you have them in some sort of humidity dome? they need humidity not water. mist the leaves a few times a day, and keep them in a humid container. also a low light, like a 23 watt cfl works best for me. keeping the soil warm will help speed up root development. hope this helps

ok i might try the humidity dome thing if all else fails, but are you guys aware that they are in veg? i thought that was just when they were rooting, these are head on into veg, just droopy. I will definetly try to even out my ph level and see if that helps thx

yes we are aware they are in Veg. When these babies are cloned it also depends how old the growth is.

Young growth; Day 4: cell division starts ---Old growth: Day 6 cell division starts
Day 6: First root nubs form -----Day 10 First root nubs form
Day 7: Roots start to grow----- Day 20 Roots start to grow
Day 14: enough roots to transplant ----Day 28 enough roots to transplant

Notice that the young growths take about half the time as the older growths.. Gotta be patine,t and did you say you had already transplanted them?? No doubt they are not root bound you just got them babies, i think you transplanted them before their roots had a chance to grow. Or maybe you are confusing me with your version of transplant.

Humidity is essential to Clones :leaf:
