hello all,first of all.. im glad to be a new member to this site!.ive already learned alot..neways i have a plant thats in the ground about 2 feet tall flowering now for about 45 days (bagseed) mids)..ive neever feed it nutes or anything special just plane water. its not even in full sun its acutally pretty shady,but the buds are fairly dense as aposed to my last grow with clf lights inside that bud was very airey,, well one of my questions is can i feed it anything now to get it to have better buds .im guessin im only gonna harvest around a 8th if imlucky.this one was the runt of the littler but also the only female outta 4 so i saved her.. also i dont have a great space to dry so i decided to make somehting outta a about 2foot high by like 1.5 feet deep.1.5 wide.cardboard box . i put in 2 computer fans one on the back of the box standin up on the top and one on the side of the blox one blowin in one taking out.. and left in my room in darkness. does this sound safe? will anyhitng happen mold? not dry? theyll be haning from strings in the upside down buds.. srry this is so long and tanks in advance for replys! and will my fan leaves turn yellow when there almost done..???

you'll be fine bro cardboard works. if you are scared of mold then cut up the bigger nugs or at least break them up a bit. the fan leaves don't usually change color for me...

my homegrown is the best tasting weed i've come across, but that's because its purple kush. its all strain dependent, and molasses helps.
I have successfully made shitty smelling weed yummy with flavored syrup (like for coffee). soak a paper towel with the syrup and leave it in the jar w/ the weed until everything is dry again. works well if the syrup is diluted a bit.

Crime you asked a bunch of questions here. Depending on how close to harvest you could feed her some light organic blooming nutes (I use Fox Farm Big Bloom), or just mix some molasses in your water at a rate of 1 Tbs per gallon. That's said to fatten 'em up a bit. Your grow solution sounds perfect, maybe even more than you need. Mold is more of a problem with big fat buds in consistently wet or humid conditions. You can also get mold if you try curing buds in jars before they are dry. Mold is also easy to spot and cut out. IMO fans leaves, particularly the lower, larger ones will yellow and start to die off around harvest time.

nah, not pancake syrup. i'm talking like orange simple syrup, like Starbucks status. it's really thin, which helps...

I would go with maybe 2 tbs of molasses and keep in mind it should really fill in within the last 2 weeks so you might get more then an 1/8. The cardboard is good but he computer fans will make it dry unevenly and if you want it to taste good and smoke smooth then you should let it dry slow(make sure to turn the buds over so it drys evenly). To avoid mold make sure to trim off the fan leaves and petioles(stems) before you hang to dry. The best way to tell when your bud is done( In my opinion) is to go to radio shack and pick up a cheap 12 dollar microscope( alot of people hate these things, I like them and I know alot of other growers who like them too). But if your strapped for cash then yellow fan leaves and 70/30 amber pistols.
