What is the best strain for commercial grow?

A commercial grow in an apartment sounds like a bad idea to me:

1. Smell
2. Neighbors
3. Modifications to the building
4. surprise inspections
5. suspicious electricity use
6. hydro units leaking into the downstairs unit
7. etc

yea... im not going to lie its fucking stressfull..... I worry EVERY TIME I leave that im going to come home to a notice on my door cuz they came ina nd found my plants. Also maybe come home to some officers lol.

As long as your growing in a tent.... with a carbon filter you SHOULD be ok... my complex has to give me notice before coming in UNLESS its an emergency in which case im fucked.


ps: I wouldnt go over a 400w hps honestly Im not excited to see my electric bill this month it might be a bit high...

But ya personally I wouldnt go over 400w hps.

Be kinda hard to setup a commercial grow op with a 400, no?

I can't even grow enough for personal use under a 400 (exaggerating, but not by much).
 
If you do it all in cabinets in a locked room, you'll be fine. So take a bedroom and put locks on the doors, if they come over, they won't break the door down to get in a bedroom.
 
When I hear "commercial", I'm thinking 4000ish watts.

Either 4 1000s or 6-8 600s, but not a single 400.

That's not enough for you and a couple of heavy smokers.
 
NL #2 can be as little as 45 days from what I've read. And it stays short. I almost used it for a scrog side project for those reasons. I'm a noob growing Super Silver Haze under just a 400 watt (redundant lol sorry) and its still VERY dense and plentiful. It's is labeled by most as a "high yield strain" and it flowers in 56 to 65 days (which I just found out; thought it was 70 oops). In my community, I've found that really good sativas sell better and for more than really good indicas. Not from me, from the clubs and med growers.
 
Well, before you call anyone moron first ask what kind of yields we aretalking about... here where i live mj cost more than gold, so even half kilo = alot of money... Also fire can happen in house too... that dosent matter...

So my wish in this thread is to get knowlegde about growin as few plants as possible and as fast as possible and as much as possible with holding electricity as much as i can down. If you know good way to do that please post me some info... other wankers dont bother

It's mostly indica so it's fast. 7-8 weeks. Grows like a champ...I can attest to the high being good.

Here is a generalized quote about the strain...
"This strain is well recommended for beginners due to it's high tolerance towards overfeeding and underfeeding.
The plant grows very rapidly and gives great yield for it's size. The buds will grow very big and dense under a 400W HPS.
If grown under the right conditions you may easily get over 100grams per plant.

Now next will be just about as difficult to choose: WHICH Northern Lights? It's the 2nd most popular strain besides skunk 1.

Just about EVERY seedbank will have a northern lights for sale. I've read people here that liked Nirvana's a lot. (which is great as those seeds are inexpensive.)
