well.. since i just had a little run in with the popo, not in my town, but a nearby city and have since gone to court for the large amount of 1 gram of weed.. yes, you have read that correctly.. the courts just wasted their time and money along with mine of course over this tiny amount of weed.. i kinda got an idea... the PD came out and told everyone that as long as you were there for anything less than an ounce of weed, then you would get such and such as a result, and anything over that would be a felony..

although this was a nearby city, i was in a different state... and i would think that my state maybe a lil stricter, although we are on the cusp of passing medical right now..
for all of those interested my fine was $148.50... no probation or any of that crap.. they called it NFP.. no farther penalities.. it would have been about twice as much but since they didn't the toxicology results back yet, i got away from having to pay that

not to get into too many details, but i had totally forgotten all about it the shit.. just had it in a metal camel snuz case, and when i got searched i wasn't even the least bit worried about it.. i was all like i don't have anything to worry about.. i had thrown it in the case just so that i didn't have it layin around the house and what not then when i grabbedd the snuz i had completely and honestly forgotten that i had even put it in there.. when the popo opened it and i saw it in there i almost fell over dead... than to be charged for that little amount of weed was crazy. spent 12 hours in a roach infested jail cell before being released on ror.. when i say roach infested cell.. i mean it man.. when i got home i took the hottest shower possible and threw the clothes i had on in the trash as i was afraid that i would get my crib all infested with those nasty things.. soooo not a kool night/day

i couldn't agree anymore with you G.. i was not a happy camper, but it was my own dumbass fault i guess for forgetting where i hide my stash, lol.. next time i am going to put an alarm on that shit and whenever i pick it up i will know that i did.. oh well.. live and learn.. coulda been alot worse i guess..

not much fucking going on when i was in handcuffs and shit.. she was the most ignorant pig i think i have ever met... throwing my clothes and shit on the ground and all as she was searching through my crap... if i wasn't behind bars watching her, i think i would've punched her in the face.. she had to get the award for the biggest stank ho pig of the year.. i hope she hangs the award on her wall and it falls down on her skank head and it kills her.. would serve her right..

Has anyone else seen a cop include the baggie weight to cop a felony?

I mean, DON'T carry an ounce.
Is an extra nine grams worth it? Why not change the law to make 30 grams a felony?
That way the cops can throw in the baggie like some suppliers I used to know.

As a legal state med user I can have 1.5lbs. Well 6 if I grow for me and three others.

Anything under an ounce here is decriminalized for all and just a ticket.

I really feel for the rest of you poor bastards though. :(

If you're talking without medical card it wouldn't matter wet or dry don't exceed carrying an ounce around.

If you're talking medical, that's dry finished product weight. I wouldn't walk around with it all though anyway, just a pound or so..

oregon meds... you are one lucky bastard.. my state is close to legalizing medical and all, but how hard is it to get a med card? i have a feeling it won't be all that easy.. i don't see why they just don't friggin just out and out legalize it instead of saying it is for medical purposes only.. i am sure i will get alot of flack for that, but to me it seems silly to have to call it medical in order to get in legalized.. if it is legal for med patients, why not make it legal for all? idk.. i am stil jealous that i am not fortunate enough to live in a med state though..

I hear it's easy as hell not just cancer etc but people get it for any kind of chronic pain from headaches to foot pain. But I didn't want to take any chances so I crushed three vertibrae and compressed half the disks in my back, just to be _sure_ I'd qualify. <wink>
