Lighting Problem for my new grow room

can some one help me !!

just moved into my new 3 bed house and have decided to have a grow room, iam only stopping there for 6-7 month so i thought fuck it its only a cheap council property so might aswel use and abuse it lol, thinking about growing 25 plants in a 5m x 5m room with 3.5 metre cielings, the only problem is i live on the coast and with it being cold outside heat is gonna be a problem coz we get a lot ov cops flyin over, iam an outside grower ye see so new to this indoor stuff, proper blaggin me hed, if ya gona grow, grow loads!!!
drawn up a layout and timing plan, i dont know it the light will be adaquate, ive tried to time it so the HPS`s are on durin the day to reduce heat at night ( the old bill )

is there any better light setup i can use only got £550 to spend but bought a 400watt hps reflector and ballast for £20 only needs a bulb

If heat is an issue due to over head helicopers

Utilize some cool tubes
 
5meter = 16feet and 5 inches

3.5meter = 11feet and 6inches

your square foot coverage = 272 feet

272 square feet is more than enough room for 25 plants

If you wanna grow that many plants I would suggest at least 2 400 watt systems.

2 600 system would be better

2 1000 system would be optimum

Is this your first time growing. If so I would say start a little smaller, because you are going to spend a lot of money on soil fertilizer and up keep.

Attached is a chart that explains how area HID bulb can cover effectively

If it was me I would go with two 1000 watt systems
