started some bagseed 12/12 from seed under two two 23 watt cfl 27k and one 42 watt cfl 27k..anyways theers "pistils" coming out of the tops is this a goos sign of female??

its a sign that they need to be under 18 or more hours of light. Looks like they are starting to flower already.
