My seeds arnt germinating

i bought some "nirvana ice " seeds ive been germinting them for about a week now

ive had them under damp paper towels covered by a bowl on top of a plate. . . idk if because its too cold or what but one has CRACKED and thats about as far as ive gotten. is there something else i could do or try?

sounds like it's not cold enough

make sure your paper towels are wet. cover the seeds (like you have) and set the plate on a vcr or dvd player; anywhere where it's nice and warm but not hot to the touch. you should see results in less than 24 hours.

ice is a nice strain, good luck!

yeah.. i would agree with the above poster, and put them somewhere that puts out a lil heat.. that is why they even make germination matts that keep them at like 78 degrees or so to speed up growth..

ya, i have mine in my veg room.. I also put them in ziplock bags and before completely closing i blow a lil air in the bag. My widow and church germinated in 36 hrs.

Yea ive been watching this page for awhile now.. I started germinating my seeds on last Friday night. My plate with wet paper towls/seeds was in my dresser. Yesterday night i moved them on top of my xbox...

You could always put the seeds in soil, give it a watering and wait about 3-7 days to see results, but why do what mother nature intended? Pff she doesn't know what she's doing. I can do it better.

Hey thanks for that heating idea. In less then 24 hours of putting them on my xbox all night and all day.. one sprouted like a inch long, it wasnt even in the shell anymore!! My second seed has cracked also! (only had two seeds)

Personally I would just stop giving money to Nirvana seeds and get some real seeds or clones from some one who isn't full of beans!

keep them at about 75-80 degrees. i like the method of just dropping them into a small glass of distilled water for 24 hours and then planting them, or putting them into damp paper towels. you gotta keep them warm, dark and damp.if your house is cold like mine you could use a heating pad inside of a cooler. make sure you test the temp and keep it around 80.
