Uninsured ER patients twice as likely to die

I apologized for the post you reported of mine. I wanted an apology for you calling me an inappropriate name. Thank you. And yes I have called you names before but I apologized for it. We can disagree and be civil about it can't we?

Well done! Bong hits for all !! bongsmilie

I believe a friendship has been mended!

And that's how all wars should be fought!

Cheers to you both!

Or people like me who have a pre-existing condition and cannot get coverage at any cost. Some of the crap you people come up with is simply amazing.
bad, i think you are attacking the wrong group here. almost every conservative wants to fix what you are talking about. but we know that giving it to the govt isnt the answer. ask a vet who goes to va hospitals....sucks.

the lack of coverage for pre-existing conditions is a definite problem with our system. that problem needs to be addressed in a serious way. this fucked up bill obama is pushin, aint gonna make it better for you. sorry about your condition whatever it is, and may god bless you and yours.

Lets see health insurance for me a month $574.Monthly cable bill $67,big fucking diffrence......:wall:
You need to look around for new insurance then... I pay $150, and I am pretty well covered. I realize you aren't me (duh), but there is no reason you should stick with that plan if it is honestly that much.

This is a problem with the system and I definitely want to see it fixed as well. Obamacare probably won't do much to address this. I know he wants something put in the bill forcing insurance companies cover preexisting conditions. I hope it gets worked out but unfortunately letting a huge bureaucracy have control over our care isn't the answer. I have a bad back from an on the job injury. Work comp simply stopped paying without notifying me and fortunately my wife's insurance picked up the bill. I am currently in a protracted legal battle with work comp to try and get this taken care of. I feel for you though and hope you can get it taken care of. bongsmilie

My bad, I don't think you mentioned it in your last post.
But I agree with what the guy 2 posts above this one said, pre-existing disease/disorder/injury needs to be fixed, but handing something as important as our healthcare to the government is definitely not the best answer in my mind.

Nevertheless, I hope everything ends up working out for the both of you.
