no mylar need help

hello all i'm building a new box and i can't find mylar ! can i use foil papper in place of mylar or something else ? i really don't want to use white paint can anyone help!!!

I use a car shade, the thingy you put in your windshield to block the heat of the sun, the silver ones are made of mylar cost around $8 they are available at most car parts stores, walmart and I got mine at Krogers

Tin foil causes heat spots so i wouldnt use that shit!! I would just paint the walls a flat white!!

Most people go for the 1 or 2 mil mylar but this is way more durable, coated on both sides and cheap as i don't know what. From what I hear either go white paint or mylar so you don't have hot spots.

You want to do it right? Paint your grow area white. It reflects light the best. Don't use tin foil.

no mirror it eats more light then it reflects flat white is the best because it helps keep heat down and reflects pretty close to the same as mylar i used both and with mylar my temps went up about 5 degrees

mylar and panda film cheap there atleast it looks cheap from what else ive seen online. i just used tinfoil cause it was already in the house people diss it but it works fine for me

You could always raid your kitchen for white trash bags. Quick, easy and costs about $25c.
