Is it OK to peek?

Hi All,

Is it alright to open my box and take a peek at the ladies during the dark cycle of the flowering period? It is with my LED lamp or lighter and just to check the humidity because I live in an area where the climate changes constantly and adjustments have to be made. It is only for about 2-5 seconds a time. No more than once or twice per cycle. Curious about any issues with that, or if I am OK.

Also, on an unrelated issue: Do products that claim to be: flower hardeners, bud sweller's, resin stimulators work worth a damn?

Thanks,

Hey, some may disagree with me (maybe not) but i think 2-5 seconds of that kinda light is perfectly fine. if you wanna do it the proper way, get a green tinted CFL for like 5 bucks, hook it up, and turn that on during the dark period. the plants don't react at all to green light, so you can work around them without fucking them up with light at all.

And bloom boosters generally do work to a degree, like I use Big Bud and then also pure organic mollasses and it works like a hot damn (what it really does it provides carbohydrates to your plants, a good thing in flowering)

They work best when you don't mess too many things up, of course, but they worked awesome for me and I didn't treat my plants all that well, due to mistakes. good luck. :bigjoint:

Oh, also don't forget that moonlight also hits outdoor (natural) plants, and this is pretty much all night sometimes, which doesn't bother the plants. So it's not like it's perfectly dark outdoors for the plants either. :D

Thank you very much for the info guys. About the bloom boosters.. I am using techniflora's recipe for success. This includes, SugarDaddy.. a think its one of the carb boosters you are referring too. I found some Blackstrap molasses today.. is it alright if I use this with the Sugardaddy now that I am in flowering or is mixing both a bad thing? Thanks!
