I was just wondering if everclear could be used to make oils i live in a tiny town in the middle of nowhere and cnt find any isopropyl alcohol better than 70%

I'd get butane and make a tube with pvc pipe. search for it. You'll get a much higher quality of oil.

i've never seen it made that way before. i must be thinking of something different. i thought you just took a bunch of weed and soaked it in everclear for a few weeks. strain it and do shots. hmmmm

i tried it and it works i put it in a cup of coffee and i`m freakin baked

Use butane. I have done it and it works great. just do it out side and no smoking. I take an old prescription pill bottle. drill a hole in the bottom the size of the butane nipple. then drill a bunch of tinny ones in the top. fill it with weed run a bottle of butane in it letting it run out on a glass tray or plate. let the butane evaporate if you put the plate in a shallow tray of warm water it will go faster. after its all gone you can scrape the oil that's now on the plate and you can start smoking it. If you have one yo can take a small torch ONLY AFTER ALL THE BUTANE HAS EVAPORATED! and slightly heat the oil. this will burn off and residual butane thats left as bubbles in the oil. put it on a joint, drip some in a bowl, or you can even smoke it off a hot knife whatever works. good luck and please if you do this, do it outside away from any sparks etc. hate to find out you burnt off all the hair on your body
