Well here is a update and some ugly problems.
My 3 White Widows are 133 days old they have been to hell and back.I feel that I need to start flowering because of the stress I have put them in plus the signs on the leaves are starting to make me wonder if they are going to make it much longer.
My clones are in bad shape. But I am giving them a fighting chance. I am still going to make 3 more clones but I am sad to see my 6 little girls dieing.
(Always breaks a fathers heart)
I left pictures of my dieing girls for those that can handle face's of death.
And some pics of there mommy's.And for just a dollar a day you can help save the lives of one of these girls.P.O. Box 55555.

I have 2 picture's of some leaves that look like they are being eaten. If some one knows what the problem is with these 2 leaves. Please let me know.

Thanks R.I.P

Ripdamon, I can tell you this; the single biggest thing I did to improve my cloning results was the addition of the heat mat. The other thing I found out was that the WW I have takes about 7 days longer to root than any other strain I have tried to clone. Where there is green, there is still hope. Some of them may still make it. The sooner the heat mat gets here the better. Good Luck.

Thanks Little Tommy. How long do you keep your dome on?
And do you know what is wrong with those 2 leafs? It looks like something is eating them.

Hi guys,

You can probably trace from the beginning how these girls got here. Out of the 9 germinated seeds, I had to sacrifice 4 that were males. We left them vegging for about 12 weeks and the result is that they couldn't be better! Their stems are huge and we have 5 female plants measuring almost 7 feet. Comparing to other strains, I found these very strong and if most of the purple strains I have been growing before tend to loose their foliage when introduced in flowering stage (it's hard to keep the foliage green!), these WW have no problem keeping up. We have been feeding the plants with molasses and natural compound, spider mites are taken care by an army of lady bugs and for the first time, we are not using neem oil.

We have been taking clones already, they look fantastic and out of 35 cuttings, we had about 50% success. Another batch of clones with 50 cuttings was harvested after one week of flowering and has an 80% success rate. Really strong and healthy root system. I even throw some cuttings in a jar with water and it works. For the rooting, I used clonex and cotton dipped into thrive alive red from technaflora. Regarding this brand of nuts, I'm not convinced, it goes pretty good for vegging stage but I havn't got good results for flowering and change it to B1 compound and molasses.

I'll keep you update, this is the first time I have 7 feet plants and I'm eager to contrast the final results.

Cheers, :bigjoint:

PS: this is actually their fourth week into flowering

I keep the dome on with the vents closed for 7 days. Then I slowly start to open the vents a little more evry day for a total of 14 days under the dome and heating mat on the whole time. That usually gives me 90% success rate. Once I start to open the vents I leave the dome off for a period of about 30 mins every day.

This is update on my grow from post #819.

Things are going a little bitter/sweet at the moment.

I pulled my plants out yesterday to water and 3 of my 4 WW's were infested with mildew.:wall: (If you look at my original post #819, my Widows are the four middle plants in the back row of the group shot.) Other than the mildew they are doing great. They are my biggest and strongest plants out of the 30 and they are the only ones so far that have been hit with the mildew.:cuss: It sucks that now Im gonna probably be battleing this stuff from here til harvest.

I gave them a fungicidal treatment, lollipoped them better for more air circulation and and added another oscillating fan to the back of the room that blows low under the canopy.

Here are some shots from yesterday.

Group shot and solos b4 haircut and treatment.

I added this fan. And my other White widow is sitting to the right of the fan. It also got a little taken off the bottom.

And these are after their haircut and fungicidal spray treatment.

I checked on them this morning and so far so good. That spray seems to be doing its job.Keep your fingers crossed for me guys. Im a week and 2 days into flower.

If anybody has any suggestions, Im open.
