Stretching with cfls

So one quick question for you experieced cfl users. I have got my fruity pebble started and it is about 2.5 inches tall/indica. My question is when i switch it to flowering are the stems and everything going to stretch at all or am i going to have trouble with the leaves being too close together?? i have 2x 26W 5500Kfull spectrum, 6x 27W daylight, and 1x 42W 2700K bulbs in my closet and planning on switching to 4x 42W 2700K and 5x 27W 2700K for flowering. thank you:hug::weed:

Oh good, i had like a 2.5 in great white shark that i was worried about last time i tried so i gave it to my fiend like 3 weeks ago and its like 2.5ft tall so i didnt know if it was the HPS or flowering, thank you

Indicas do stretch during flowering just not as much
To say they don't stretch shows how little you know

if your worried about height then i would suggest LST. Tie the top of the plant lightly back to the edge of the pot being careful not to snap the stem. I usually do this a few hours after watering because the stem is softer then. Then every couple of days keep tying the top of the plant aound the pot untill you have made a complete circle all the way around the pot and your at where you started. Once you got there you will notice that all of your branches are all growing straight up instead of off to the side. Once the top of the plant has grown up a few inches you can top it and let it grow for a week or so. After all that fun growing its time to flower that whore. I know it sounds like a lot of work but it will be well worth it in the end. Sorry I dont have any pics of any of my LSTs all my pics got lost on my old comp. Research LST and you will see what I mean. Good Luck!!

I have heard of a plant to double or triple their size in flower
But to get 12 times bigger? Uhhhh I don't think so
It was either vegged longer or was about 2 feet shorter

ya i cant possibly imagine a plant going from 2.5inch to 2.5 feet over 3 weeks but ok if you insist :P anyways all plants stretch in flower indica or sativa it dont matter its gonna stretch when you start flowering

Well, thats what tends to happen when you grow a plant mate! :-) J/K,

But seriously, Breezy has given you good advice above, you can control the height of any plant by restricting the main growing shoots/stems as he described.
