Was wonder how to do hydro as cheap and easily as possible. I have 100lbs of round rocks, cocoa pads, inline fan, I feel like this way is more complicated. Does anyone have a good way to simplify it. I was gonna do 1 or 2 4 x 8 trays, but wondering if there is a simpler way. I listened to someone who is an expert but am having doubts i am ready to set this whole thing up. Hey im a chick ...any help is MUCH appreciated! Thanks.

Never thought about that for a tray...I'll have to check it out. The most consumer friendly system are the ebb n grow hydroton systems.

I've got a 4x8 tray in a sealed room with rockwool and it was a fair amount of work to get up and running. I say go with a 3 or 6 bucket ebb N grow for your first run.

Here is my 2x1000w set up. I prefer Rock Wool over hydroton because those rocks are bitch to get rid of or you have to clean them. The rock wool after a harvest can be dried and burried or put into a compost bin.

My buddy does 12 plants in the 4x8 tray and hit's 2+ P's every time with those big blocks, the 6" ers. That was his first grow too. I did the slabs primarily because of my low ceilings.

my first i only got 14oz but after finding the right baby and lots of tears im there. would like to do more dirt grows thoe any tips would b cool
With dirt you transplant and grow. Really easy. Don't let anyone fool you...Miracle Grow organice is good soil. Add 20% perlite cause it does retain some water. Then you're good to go. After two week I start feeding it nutes.
