Thanks tommy. I can't wait till my heat mat gets here.Ripdamon, I can tell you this; the single biggest thing I did to improve my cloning results was the addition of the heat mat. The other thing I found out was that the WW I have takes about 7 days longer to root than any other strain I have tried to clone. Where there is green, there is still hope. Some of them may still make it. The sooner the heat mat gets here the better. Good Luck.
Hi fellow White Widow Club members I have been following along with everyones grows in here stoned outa my mind from my first White Widow grow. I have been enjoying the pics and stories while growing and smoking quietly on my own. I thought I would post some pics of my latest creation. It seems I have turned my White Widow clone PURPLE She is 8 weeks into flower and I am on triche watch Enjoy
Soiless as in coco?Thanx Dubsfan...I am using a 400hps (hortilux eye) with a 200w cfl 2700k side light. I veg with a 216w 4 lamp t5 floral. I purposely lowered the temps to get it to change color. GH floranova nutes with floralicious+,cool bloom dry, massive bud stimulator, and mollassas. ph 5.8 to 6.2 in soiless dirt in a 1 gallon pot.
In general plants can double or triple in height while flowering. WW's are notorious for this. I also have low cielings. While I'm unsure of my yield I know I will have 3fters even though I flipped them to flower at 18". Deciding when to flower indoors with me and why I grow has a lot to do with efficiency. If I wait 30 days to flower not only will I not be able to handle that tall of a plant, I will miss one harvest per year by waiting that extra 2 weeks. Will vegging for an extra two weeks yield me an extra 2p's? Highly unlikely. I prefer to start a grow, harvest, dry and cure every 90 days. If I had a veg room and didn't need to veg for two weeks in that tray I could add another harvest per year (2 weeks x 4 grows = almost another crop). So the question sometimes is what makes economical sense too.i am a beginner grower and am wondering why you decided to start flowering the plants so small? How long have they been vegging? what weight do you expect from each individual plant?
Why would it be too late for LST? I do it even into flower to control height with no ill effects.she's too big to start lst now and I was going to top her, but I'll leave her this time , next time round for sure but this time , i reckon i vegged her too long for my space . . . .
