Comcast just left my house (didn't open door) They are my cable company. I just started running 2 1k watt Lumatek digital ballasts and When I came to the door there was a note saying.. "Sorry we had to disconnect your house due to your house feeding major noise into out system" I called customer support to ask what the problem might be and there sending a Tek out in the morning:wall: What the hell do i do??? They are new ballasts with RF shielding. I have a really good thing going on over here and cant really dont want the cable guy calling the cops. Should I let him in the house and just tell him to stay out of "the room" This is NOT good guy's!!!! WHAT TO DO????:cuss:

Are your ballasts close to the cable or something?

The whole point of them calling is to find out what is causing the interference, so telling him not to go into a room where the actual interference is coming from will make him very suspicious.
Either take your shit apart and hide it for a few hours, or close your account with them.

You can either get sky instead or just buy a dongle and jump on somebody else's network.

Im gonna have to agree with Airwave. Either take down your setup or cancel your accnt with them. or hope the cable guy is a pot smoker too lol.

Get rid of Comcast. They suck ass anyways. They are always raising there prices for shitty service. Tell them you dont want to have to worry about there system anymore and sign up with Directv. Then your whole problem will go away.

Canceling his account is fucking heatbag, are u guys idiots?
They put a note on his door saying his house is causing major interference, and then he just suddenly closes his account having it for x years, or x months (who knows)...

that will red flag that shit, and the cops will come knocking

you did the right thing..... but it sucked
sorry bro

thank you. I call those fuckers damn near on a weekly basis and cuss them out. They have terrible service and even worse customer relations. They treat me like im an idiot when the service guy shows up and they still cant figure out why our input strength is 14 decibals lowerthan our neighbors... If it werent for the terrible DSL in my area i would have gone with Direct tv a long time ago. :wall:
