You can feed it throughout your grow. 1 tablespoon per gal is normal. Some people go up to two per gal.
I usually heat up 12 oz of the water and mix the molassas in the warm water then pour it back into the gallon jug. Its kind of thick and the hot water melts it down nice.

great idea with the molasses ..im a cook so i was thinking about doing that from the get go..... just hope when it becomes room temp that it doesn't all settle ...i always try and mix well ... it's my first grow so i added them to about the last 5-6 weeks of flowering.. .. can't wait to start over again and use alot of what i learned so far!! if anyone is still paying attention.... PH LEVELS?? .. my tap is about 8 to 8.5 .. i have ph down and have started using it. It's helping. my Q?? what's the best way to use the ph down ....mix it right into the soil before potting?? i'm watering with lower ph but it flucuates. at this point i think it's pointless to repot being so close to harvest.. but any info for ph in SOIL would be greatly appreciated

i use it every watering/feeding, i dump it in gal jugs, fill with water, shake well, hasnt failed yet.
ph down goes in jug after water treatments, add 1/4 tsp till ph is correct.:leaf:

You are supposed to adjust the water or nutrient solution's pH before you water the plant with it, not the soil. If you are using a good soil like FFOF then it comes at the right pH, you just have to continue watering with the appropriate pH.

Im using Happy Frog ..but i f'd up the ph of the soil by watering with my tap ...which i realized was at least 8.0 i have some ph down to help with the water ..the plants bounced back from the ph problem. but i'm glad i found this out (the hard way) before they all started dying

i've actually heard that molasses is tricky to use, but it doesn't sound like that's the case...

kinda cool there's a nute on teh groceery store shelves too...

does it work with smaller grows (like a plant or two), or is it better for relaly big grows?

:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

I'm sure it works with both. It's said to increase weight and size of flowers, AND ALSO is supposed to be a great conditioner for the soil... I'm CURIOUS though... wouldn't it cause more insect problems if you already have them???:roll:

Hi I use it when the plant reaches 2nd node I give it every feed @ half table spoon per gallon but beware molasses can bring you watering PH down my tap water is 7.7 after adding molasses and bio bizz nuits its at 6.8, my grows are indoors so no problems with insects
