if you ever are questioning whether or not to jar cure your bud after harvest, remember this post.
right now i'm enjoying a 2 month old jar cured g13 diesel. the smoke is so incredibly smooth. i can taste lemon mainly, but there are some nice orange undertones and just a little earthy goodness (it was grown in dirt, %100 organic). i can't believe it. about a month ago i dropped a small slice of lemon peel in there (kept it in there for about a week) and it is still beautifully sticky. seriously, i'm ripped. so yeah, get those mason jars and cure that shit properly. especially if its for home consumption, you'd have to be mildly retarded to not jar cure.
