there are a lot of sources which define various nutrients.

but like everytime the findings on internet is different from what i found in flower stores.

i have something which includes;
Nitrogen %4
phosphorus %6
potas %6
Trace elements %1,275
-Magnesium
-Fe
-mangenese
-Zinc
-copper
-boron
-molibden

can i use it either way vegging and flowering periods?
and how often should i use it ?

Not sure what your question is?

looks like your asking if you can use just the one nute for both veg & flower,,,you can, but not sure of the results you'll get?

would help if you tell us the brand?

Feeding depends on several things, type of medium, size of pots etc.

it's mostly a trial and error thing until you learn

basically start out with 1/4 of what the instructions say and work your way up

Better info such as the nutrients brand and npk ratio would be helpful. By this list, I would guess your using Miracle Grow. they look like bloom nutriens, which wont be very good for veg. Not really good nutrients, but you can make them work. You always want seperate bloom and veg nutes, or you will have a terrible outcome like nutriennt burns and deficiencies. If you are using soil, you want to follow a feed, water, water, feed schedule until you can get your nutrients dialed in.
