Can a plant be Half Hermie/ Half female?

So i have a few plants going and i began 12/12 a week or so ago. all plants are showing female signs. i thought all were female until i noticed today that one plants top half is female, the bottom... whats even weirder is its a seed plant. and there is only two spots that show sex. the top has hair. the bottom. balls. well ill let you decided. whats going on here? what is the best course of action? since there are only 5 balls on the whole thing can they be removed? re veged? then started again? any advice would be nice. i included pics. any other information needed please ask.

anyone? i included pictures and if any extra info is needed i can provided it. can i remove them? has anyone tried that? like litterally there is only 4 or 5 balls all together?

By definition if there are any male flowers on the female plant then the whole plant is hermi. Some show more male than others, but any dual sexuality and it is a hermie.

No point in cutting off the balls when it shows to be a herm this early in flowering. Unless you want every plant in your grow room to get pollinated you need to cull it. Once flowers start to form on the plant it will also form "ball sacks" within the flower that you won't be able to see and as they mature and open you will have a room of seeded herb. The seeds will be worthless also cuz they will carry the herm trait.

I had 3 out of 6 plants turn Hermie on me last crop. two of the 3 only had a very few maybe 6-7 balls and I removed these everyday and still one got away and seeded my plants so if you do decide to pick balls of be very thorough and diligent. I got about 30 or so seeds off two plants and maybe 60 off another so it wasnt too bad and the smoke was good. If you only have one plant showing balls I would kill it so you can have sinsimellia. I am growing out 8 plants from the seeds from my last hermie crop and they are flowering now just a week and havent shown sex yet so not sure how these seeds will do.....

They are not feminized seeds. Herm seeds carry the recessive genetic trait that causes a plant to be a herm. Sometimes you will be lucky and they won't herm on ya, but for the most part herm seeds make for herm plants.

Even if it seeds itself it will carry the herm trait, for the most part, as a true herm plant is due to a recessive gene in the plants genetics.

The only way to "save" the seds would be if you some how caused the plant to hermie... ie.. Light stress. Then there is a chance the seeds might not hermie on you if you do not stress the offspring the same way.

BTW It is not neccesarily true that Hermies seeds will be Hermies, they are predisposed to be females and will also have some hermie tendancies so you will not get any males but mostly females and maybe some hermies. This is how some seed companies get femenized seeds.
Anyways there is alot of debate going about this and I will know very soon what is truth.

That's why I said most will be herm, some won't, but they will all be gentically predisposed to carry the herm trait. Honestly it's not worth the risk, unless ya don't mind picking seeds out of all your buds.

Im not sure if my plant were "true" hermies or not it very well could've been caused by following some bad advice from here to leave my plants in dark for 48 hours before 12/12 to speed the plants to show sex. i do know one way seed companies get feminized seeds is to self pollinate plants... Alot of times plant hermie because of light leaks and stress O beleive this is the more common cause than true hermerphaditism.
Anyways I am excited to see as Im 1 week into flower on 8 plants that came from my last "hermie" crop.

I however agree with Satan <LOL, that I would kill it if the rest are females. Id rather have sinsi smoke than seeded smoke any day!

yall say ditch the bitch? hmm well i tried taking out of the room. removing the 4 balls i saw and placing it back. its dark right now so i will have to wait until tomorrow to remove the he/she.... boo. maybe a separate room? let it pollinate its self?

there is some shit called bud wise from Australia that drys up male flowers but i never tried it .... kill that fucker
