What marijuna strain turns purple?

what do you mean all the way? by watering more than 2 days with ice water? cause i was going to water for the last 2 days with ice water to get some purple in it. or what can i do?

no i mean if u lower the temp's at about week 7 down to about 64 at night only and u doit all the way till harvest time most will turn purple

I do have some pics, but I lost my cable for my camera. I'll put some up in a few days. I did both of those for my GDP and its completely purple. Also a few of my Brainstorm are starting to turn purple just from the cold temps. Most arent ready for ice water yet. I only do it in the last 3 days.

BC Roadkill Skunk from Cannacopia is very purple dominant. Low temps or other tricks are not needed. Yield is very good and smell/flavor is incredible. Strong musty skunk. Only one whiff needed to know it is supreme dankness. Oh yea, best part... 10 seeds are $35. I've been growing this for more than a year and it's better than a lot of other strains I've paid much more for.

I found one plant in my indoor grow that had purple buds and green leaves while all the others were green green green with no purple buds. The type of seed was obtained by breeding Low Rider 2 with a Male pure afganica. The temperature for all plants was lowered from high 70's during the day, and 60's at night, down to 60-50's range two weeks after flowering. This plant was very typcial of strong powerful indica while the others were more sativa-like. My one male indica afgan used for back-crossing this was also put through temperature drop with no color changes noted.

A friend hooked me up with some Purple Widow clones and even in higher temps the flowers are very purple. The leaves are still mainly green but the buds are a very deep,rich purple. Great smoke too. But, as others have said, colder temps during lights out will indeed lead to color changes.
