2nd attempt bubba and chem 600hps foxfarm organic

panicked for a min when i was looking at pix of powdery mildew under a microscope but after more reasearching looks like they are just trichomes :bigjoint: just a few pix through my 60~100x hand microscope with my camera i cut a rip off each strain for a taste they arent ready lol

yeah man thoes pix are a bitch to take and still dont come out that clear the samples have been dryng for 2 days they are pretty smashed up from the scope the trichomes all turned white and are smashed together and they smell premature so not having high hopes on how they are gonna smoke
that movies great think i might watch it as well today along with basketball those guys crack me up "squeeks a little bitch"
gotta go out to the club today my drivers licence expires today hopefully that wont be a issue lol

lol 6 or so years ago last time i went to big bear in the snow in my small truck 3.0 V6 ford ranger 2wheel flowmaster and vortek intake 30 allterain tiers we got way far up the hill and got to a sharp uphill turn that was shaded so pure ice alot of flooring and sliding back into the snowbank before a huge cliff and we turned around couldnt get chains my size so went wheeling a bit and charged this crazy trail thats just a huge cliff i want to say smokeybear but i think thats gorman and its just a muddy snowy icy trail that ended up at crystal lake or w/e that small town lake is before big bear we had no idea we made it until we got gas and asked lol we got to bigbear ended up paying like 200 bucks for a hotel cause it was all booked up was a fun trip my buddys first time snowboarding hed just go straight and bail full speed was fun most recent was probably about 3 years ago dirtbiking in the mountains on the opposite side of the lake from bigbear mountain
mammoth bigbear and kern are my favorite places snow forest and tons of space with no one around your lucky

after getting some pre98bubba and purple la con heres a pic of a nug from pre98bubba 1/8 i got from green angel im assuming from the same mother so this is what im hoping my bubba looks like when its done

that would be awesome iv been checking the clubs bud under the microscope its crazy but im gonna try for more amber trichomes hopefully i can pick before they start degrading to much but will be a good way to learn where i want them
the cinnamon rolls were just as good this morning probably be good with canna butter looking forward to cooking with the next batch

spots of powdery mildew on a few leafs over night fuck idk what to do harvest or spray with green cure was planing on harvest in about 2 weeks fuck fuck fuck fucking raing

well lights off for 5 hours now and rh is 38% i waited to spray cause i was worred about it raising the humdity with this rain thats coming any min from all that iv read it seems really common to have powdery mildew so im guessing iv smoked it every now and then for the past 15~16 years and im still alive if the buds get infected and cover ill trash but a few spores here and there dont seem to be that dangerous i can now tell the difference through a microcope between trichomes mildew and sulphur dust and iv yet to see any mildew other then the few lower leafs
i want to wash off the sulphur dry it then apply greencure but im so close to harvest and really dont want to wet my buds also after this batch is done and i clean my grow area idk what to do about clones seems like alot of people get mites and mildew from the clubs i wont buy mites but idk how to tell if its a mildew infected clone since the mothers could have it not show signs then the clones are infected just wating for some moisture to ruin my day

got a scale few weeks ago just so i can better gauge how im growing i really have no idea what my yeilds gonna be they are pinner but very dense if i had to guess id say between 1-2 oz which is pretty bad anyone think ill do better or worse then 2 oz?

8.5hrs into lights off and rh is 28% i think things might be ok but looks like it might rain near when i want to chop gfahrdslkuydfrlhmfkhtswy

a bit confused on the shades of trichome colors under the scope with built in light they seem cloudy and amber and some even have a purple vein in the trichome but at other angles they seem clear they dont really seem ready i guess i need to take a small leaf tip right when lights come on to get better results

well fuck i flushed tonight was planing on chopping in a week and when i got to chemD i noticed she/he started turning hermie on me i plucked the bannas thati could a few broke so idk and now its supposed to rain the day im going to chop im not sure how the humidity is gonna be maybe they will go 2 more weeks insted of one ill just keep the soil dryer idk yet
some samples i took tonight a hermie piece i picked off and a bud full of them:spew:

What up bro... sorry I been M.I.A. I wouldnt worry so much about the humidity... they should be fine.

Also, those bananas shouldn't be an issue... you are too far along. Pluck them when you see them... and maybe try to chop in a week instead of 2. Just make sure to scrub down the grow space before next round so you get any pollen out of there.

The tichs and bud shots look good. I'm not sure if you have outstanding questions... but you can ask again if so.

no worries man hope all is well with you looks like cali is in for another storm they are getting so close the 91chem might end up a bit premature but thats fine i cant see running my 600hps an extra 1-4 weeks for the small amount that she will yeild to be better
the main thing im not to sure about atm is wether to go from seed or clone next run i dont like the thought of ordering seeds from the internet but iv had such bad luck with clone problems wish i could just find a club thats on the up&up with their clones since id hate to put so much effort into the seeds then get pm anyways

I am not sure if I remember correctly... I think you said you are in SD. Anyways... if you are in LA the club I go to has great clones. www.lamedicalmarijuana.com

I feel you on the tough decision though. If you can't get sure thing clones... I would go from seed. The only bitch in my view is the extra time it takes.

I wouldn't worry at all about ordering over the internet, but that's me.

You can buy seeds at some clubs too... they sell them at the one I go to. Like 6 or 8 different strains. All femenized. I think it's like $80 for 10. Not really sure.

i guess ill have to look into seeds from hermie pollen i wouldnt mind a chemDxbubba kush strain :D not sure ill even have mature seeds tho which im kinda worried about not being able to pick out the underdevolped seeds and haveing harsh smoke but will see the hairs on the bubbas are all brown so i dont think theyd even take in pollen unless the hermies been there longer then i know the 91 however is still mostly white hairs not sure what a chemDX91chem would do but im all for expermenting if i do get a few good seeds if hermie polleninated seeds are ok to use that is
