Supreme Court abandons plant limits, TIME TO EXPAND

In part due to the California Supremes court yesterday that all limits and amounts are unconstitutional, there is no longer a 6 adult plant or 12 immature plants I am deciding to expand my 6 plant closet grow! I recently harvested and just set up a new batch but am going to grow more now that there are no limits...
Right now I have a 9ft tall, 3ft deep, and 7ft long closet. I am vegging with a T5 8bulb and am not flowering. but I have a 1000W HPS for that. In my plan to expand I would put an additional shelf in the closet about 40in off the ground. I would place the T5 in the bottom section for the vegging plants. About 6 ladies at a time with 3 short mothers.
On top of the shelves I would have prob 10 flowering plants in a 5 by 5 rotation like a pond of green. The 1000W would have to be put on a rail. Right now I do not have exhaust but would definately get some. My plan to control the heat is to get a reflector cover and a 6in inline exhaust fan that I would put straight into the attic and point the blower to some vents to the outside.
THX FOR HELP I WILL TRY TO POST DIAGRAMS

My questions are these;
What should I use to seperate the light from two chambers w/o disturbing air flow?
Can I just point the duct work up to these 3 small vents in my attic to outside? With no screens? Do the scrubbers just attach to the ducting out the vent side?
Is it safe to run the exhaust from a 1000W bulb into an already sun baked attic?
Would the exhaust ducting interfere with the rail system?

You got a link to this decision?

Does this also apply to >99 plants being a mandatory five year federal sentence?

EDIT: Nevermind, just saw "California Supreme Court".

Also could I just use one wall mounted small fan in both chambers with the 6in inline as well. Would this probably have enough ventilation or would I need more? Also anyone have a bad ass closet they can show off? All things considered I think this could be money...

but what about humbolt co and mendocino where u can cultalvate whatever is in a 100 sq ft area. 100 small plants or 99 massive trees doesnt make sense

one plant is against the federal law
true but there is a manditory 5year sentence over 99plants. under it may not go through federal court. which means judge following state laws will dismiss the case. if it goes federal then the judge will base it on federal laws.

federal judges will more than likley not give you 5 years. its all depends on the circumstances. you may get a slap on the wrist or the full 5 years. thats only if u get caught

All that is great but no one told me how to make my idea better or grow better herbs... It is exciting to not be limited to six trees no I can go perpetual and I think this closet is going to be PIMP, I plan on being finished within one month so I will let yall know.

Marijuana laws are ridiculous just make the shit legal already and stop fucking us all around. damn cant they just admit they were wrong and started this whole bullshit on false accusations made by an ignorant man appointed by suggestion of the DuPont corporation. who as you know is involved in the manufacture of synthetic fibers a market previously dominated by Hemp a natural easy to grow cheap plant.

Yea Im from the south and this place is money. Nice hydro set up man u got any advice about the exhaust?
My room is sealed. Keep the heat down with Air Cooled hoods and feed the room with Co2. That fan in the pics is basically sucking from one exterior wall to the next. Fresh air into the lights then out the fan. No air in or out. Run a dehumidifier or else you have problems for sure.

It's funny...I tell people down here that I grew up in the 707 and they're like "damnnnn." I had no clue what I was growing up around. Too busy smoking herb. I don't smoke nearly what I used to back in the early 90's as a high school kid.
