Would it make sense to cut off all the fan leaves so the branches can get more light? my plan is to get all the branches growing so i can take cuttings and start cloning.
Cutting fan leaves OFF. Would that make sence?

The fan leaves are the engine that converts the nutrients. By cutting them off you will effectively be stunting the plant.

iight thanks. well i got one female plant i havent touched yet. the other 2 i already cut them off. will they be ok for cloning? or am i better off just throwing them out...

No need to toss your ladies for cutting off the titties, as they can still put out some ass, even if it is shady ass.
Let them grow new titties and you will be fine.

next time i would sugest cutting a few sections of of t he fan leaves instead of cutting the whole leaf off and it seems to be working fine for me so far but i would never cut off the whole thing unless it is underbrush or is dying oh btw this is my 100th post!

agreed cutting off fan leaves is a bad choice when its not needed but, if you find that a few of your fan leaves are possibly blocking buds from a good bit of light exposure then it would be worth removing some during flowering to get the most light to your beautys.
IMHO I disagree, for one thing the bud predominately relies on the energy converted/provided by the fan leaves to grow, so you are actually defeating your intended purpose when you cut them. If you must do something then push them down into the canopy, or even tie them out of the way with a bread tie. A good rule of thumb is that if the leaf is not damaged then don't remove it thus avoiding stress and stunting.
