you clone a healthy mother plant? Would nine cuttings ever 2 weeks be to much? trying to time a perperual grow.
thanks for any input.

get multiple mothers like 3-4 and just take 2-3 cuttings from each one every two weeks. that would be easier on the plants.you clone a healthy mother plant? Would nine cuttings ever 2 weeks be to much? trying to time a perperual grow.

im trying to work out a plan for 9 ladies every mo. for a SOG grow.but by the time you harvest the first set of clones you will have like 100 plants if you go five months for each set. or are you doing a perpetual sea of green?
ummm....dude.... it says 4wks for veg 8 for flower.4 weeks to flower?
What strain are you growing? Most will take at least 2 months to flower and I veg for the same amount of time (bigger plants = bigger buds). Of course I have 9feet of height in my grow area, so I can veg longer.
How much room do you have in your grow room?
The way I cycle my perpetual growth:
I can fit up to 6 plants in flower and 6 plants in veg. My current strain takes 8-9 weeks to flower, so that's how long I veg for. When I cut down what's in flower, I clone from what's in veg (1 trimming from each plant). I leave the new clones in veg while I transfer their moms into flowering. Once those are done budding, I transfer the clones I took into flower and take a trimming from each of them... and the cycle repeats.

i like the 8 week veg system for sure. only time will tell as far as dry yeild goes. wouldnt a 400w HPS with a 55,000 lumen bulb be enough for 9 square feet 3x3?veg and clone in one room flower in the other veg, taking clones in stages, I would consider 8wks veg and flower it would be easier to manage the intervals of so if you took a batch of 9 let them root for 2-3 and then vegged them for 5-6 weeks you could move that set into your flowering room 4weeks before you harvest the set in flower if you run a 1000w in flower and reach the average of .75 grams per watt thats 750g of bud every month so 2.6oz dry thats on the low side of the numbers 1.5g per watt is achievable. and i have no idea what 9 plants would do under a 1000w with 8wks I could be way low.
