150W HPS Multi Strain Cab

Right now I have 4 plants that have sprouted. 1 Skunk #1 from nirvana and 3 unknown bag seed. I planted 9, 2 skunk#1, 1 unknown strain of bag seed that was nice, And 6 unknown mids. 4 Sprouted witch im okay with since all the seeds are about a year old. Il be growing in a 5 foot tall 3 foot wide 1' 6" deep cabinet with a 150W hps. I dont know how long il veg for but probably until theyre about a foot tall, Il be topping and doing LST to go for a 4 plant SOG. Il have pics up soon of the sprouts and the cabinet in progress. Light and mylar get here tomorrow so theyll get moved out of theyre tiny container once I get everything set up.

Okay so I couldnt find my camera. Sorry Waiting on my hps and mylar to be delivered right now...Trying to fix that shitty ass computer in my room so I can get back on more...2 of the boards I had cut for the walls on the box didnt get cut right and lowes is trying to give me hell about them fuckin up, Had another seed sprout last night and 2 of them are already starting theyre 2nd set of leaves. If all goes well il have the cab done plants moved and some pics up tonight.

Well as soon as I posted that the UPS guy knocked on the door. So the hps and mylar are here.

Busy for sure. been puttin the cab together for 4 hours. Almost done FINALLY!

Well cabs done, Humidity is staying around 28% and 90 degrees with a panel opened a little bit for venting. Just closed it up completely to see what happens. Cant mess it up to bad only 2 1/2 hours to lights out.

Dude, I have a 150 hps and they can get over 100 F easily. I had a similar cab built, 2'X 2' X 4'. I tried growing an autoflowering strain (white dwarf), but ventilation wasn't good enough. I wanted mine to be stealth and a there's nothing stealthy about a vortex fan. So I had to dismantle my cab and just use my closet with the door open. the temps stayed in the 76-78 range, which is good, but the stealth was zero. My girlfriend found them and was royally pissed. So my advice to you is design a proper ventilation system so you don't get found by ANYONE

I was able to pull of a succesful harvest with a second round at a friends house in his basement. Never had any temp. issues. If you have access to a basement, use it. I wish you good luck, remember it's all practice. If this is your first grow, it probably won't be stellar. Just use it as a learning experience. Peace

Thanks for popping in man, My highest temp is like 95.8 but im running CO2 a big ass fan and keeping the humidity up so its really not a big deal. I also keep my door locked at all times and no one comes in without my light on (I use a 2700k CFL just because with it you dont notice the light in the closet) so I can easily take the front panels off no problem. Still havent found my camera, Computer SEEMS to be OK now but my xbox is giving me shit so i got to figure that out and find the camera. Lights are off if I do find the camera il get pics up ASAP

very nice, im putting together my cab at the moment w/ 150w hps, but my cab is much smaller 2H X 2.5W x 1D, i just got my temps to drop recently by adding a couple pc fans. Cant wait to see more pics everything is looking goood.

Careful with only 2 ft tall I got a feeling you might have some serious problems with height. Id hate to have the temps you must be getting in that thing. Thanks for stopping in though

lol you think thats small you shold look at my last grow lol but yes you are right i plan to lst, and my temp prob isnt that bad with the one fan i have in ther now im getting 91 steady but thats a little hot so i just need som more airflow good luck on your grow man im watchin. keep rockin the ganja

Thanks dog. So far my highest temps was at 100 degrees 2 hours before lights out. Need to get my humidity up if im going to make my grow box like a rain forest...Trying to figure something out now.

humidity is my enemy as well (or lack thier of) my humidity sits at 16% lol you can always get a cheap humidifyer there like 15 -20 bucks at walmart or any other big chain stor

Actually I got a solo cup of water sitting in there thats holding it at 28%. Im glad you said something hopefully a second one will hold it around 65%

hey bro its looking good... with them bein seedlings just make sure u keep soil wet they will dry out faster with ur temp and humidity my room was like 85 with/20 humid and i was watering mine almost everyday just cuz they were dryin out so fast so just heads up and that humidifier boost mine like +30 so they do work if u really need to get a grip on that humid level.... but cant wait to see the next set of pictures i just put some up today there only 17days in and 3days from last pictures i posted there growin fast..

Thanks for stoppin by bic, They should have theyre second set of trues really visible tomorrow. Need to water before I go to bed. Anyway, I went to add water and il be damned my humidity is at 50% even and the temps was at 75.6 after 6 hours of darkness.

Ok well the humidity decided to do a damn 360 on me, Peaks at about 30% now. Temps are getting higher, I just need to vent the closet every few days though so im fine. Im hoping to be able to get this grow drieing before august 26th, Im wanting to take my lil bro to the beach for his 4th birthday lol. Anyway, Im upgrading one of my fish tanks this week and doing a lot of work with the garden plants...Damn family asked me to get some started for them after they seen my garden last year...Anyway, Point is I might not be able to do a lot of pics for a little bit so to help keep yall happy il be sure to get some pics up sometime in the next couple days.

EDIT: Before I forget, I believe I have a almost pure sativa 3 sativa/indica crosses and a pure indica from what iv seen.
