Does anyone know where i can buy a green light bulb from experiance? Mostly the type of store.
Dont bother posting if your just going to say hardware store or some dumb answer@!

There is a lot of disagreement about the green light thing. Some thing green colored bulbs, just painted green, are ok. Others say they are not and it has to be a greenled that is green spectrum light at the origin. My solution is to play it safe and not look at plants in dark time at all. If I must, I have a green led flashlight I got from dealextreme.com

its just a party light. youcan find them at most any store.

Yea but its like any light. A minute of light isnt going to stop flowering. In the bible it says plants dont use green light. So if im in there for a minute a week big deal right? I just thought a green light would be better.

Green bulbs rock! I turn mine on, sit on my stool, and blaze out with my chicks. Never a hermie, or slowed growth. Knock on wood!

I leave my green party bulbs run during the dark periods, it doesn't affect plants one bit.

you can get those green bulbs from anywhere. Lowes, homedepot, walmart, kmart, the dollar store may even have some. just go in and ask for the party lights/bulbs.
