Need help very fast!!!

Alrifght guys, I live in the states, where I live the weather gets very cold, water lines froze in my house. Plumber came over to check out the problem and then left w/o coming into the house, I drove by my house later and he was there and had entered my house without permission and stumbled across something he shouldn't have... My rooms... Now, a buddy of mine who didn't know anything about what I have going on called me and said dude, get your shit gone (he is buddies with a person who works for the company) and gave me the heads up. The police will be called and I will be investigated and watched... I know it takes a little time for a warrant, everything to do with the plants will be gone tonight, seeds, root balls, plants, scales, pipes, everything of that nature will be absolutely gone. I took 1/2 day off of work once I got the heads up and cleaned both of my computers of everything, and will do so again every time I use the comp, my cell phones are cleared also...

ANYONE THAT HAS BEEN THRU THIS OR KNOWS PLEASE RESPOND... I WILL BE PAID A VISIT WITHIN THE NEXT DAY OR SO... I NEED HELP TO PREPARE FOR THAT!

I have left my entire grow rooms setup and running and they are filled with my normal house plants now, everything has been vacuumed and disposed of...

They cant exactly enter your house on hear say. If they ask just be polite possibly show them that you have nothing to hide I highly doubt six black vans are going to pull up and serve you a search warrant. Best of luck man.

Fuck! Sorry to hear about this situation.

Got my heart pounding just thinking about it.

What you did was PERFECT!

Put houseplants in place of the mj plants.

It takes alot more than one mans word to the police.

I would take precautions like you have.

After a while, it will be forgotten.

Take a deep breath, and tidy up that house, and act normal, like nothing is wrong/up.

If all the pot is gone, no need to worry.

Thanks for the advice guys...

Now, a little more info... the guy who found the rooms is in tight with county and local cops, a little birdie told me that he had a meeting with the county sheriff about and hr ago for about 10 mins and the sheriff was taking what looked like extensive notes... and I know I am the subject... My little birdie says that this guy is terrible for turning people in for all sorts of shit, creeping stop signs even and that the cops always listen to him.

I am sure I will be paid a visit within the next day or so... I just want to be prepared... I am asking for help on 3 different forums that I go to...

One guy on another forum said leave the house plants there and leave everything running, leave the nutes, soil, everything up and going...

Any thoughts... REALLY appreciate the helps guys!

I know your adrenalin is going through the roof right about now.

But you need to stay calm :)

Leave everything the way it is,
and use that equipment on your houseplants.

Vacuum any traces of Mary jane,
and maybe buy some orchids.

Orchids are grown alot with the equipment we use, from what I understand.

What the fuck is that guy going into your house without you being there?

Thats messed up.

I have a fear of anyone coming through here.
And when things go wrong, I fix it.

Your most likely renting the house,
so I understand. Is this true?

Like I mentioned before, it takes a whole lot more than one guy telling on you to get any type of search warrant, or you can sue them if your raided.

I would put the Mj growing on the back burner, or better yet, move if you can afford it.

Any more questions, just ask.

It'll turn out fine, I just know it :)

First off to hell with that plumber, report his ass to the local Better Business Association for entering the premises with out permission (technically trespassing on private property). Now depending on your state evidence gathered in the commission of a crime can not be upheld in court (check your laws), that where the trespassing can come into play. Second what type of evidence does he have? Since just about everybody has a camera phone this could get sticky but at the end of the day with no physical evidence to tie you to growing it’s your word against his. You can at the very least expect to be “monitored” for a while. Keep your chin up, stick to your guns and relax------think slow, smart and weigh any actions carefully. Good luck!

do not grow for a long time. i was busted on some stupid shit and if i would of listened to my wife i wouldnt be facing jail time, dont let a little green put you in jail. i m done learned my lesson, stay safe!!

You may want to back up your drives, then zero-write them. Just because you delete it, doesn't mean its gone. I have used a file recovery program a few years ago and was AMAZED at what it could "un-delete".

the biggest thing and i know this sounds dumb is to play it cool.
ive been comfronted many times for things liek fake i.ds car searches, ect and the one time i was nervous and didnt have a planned story
i got 9 months probation.
maybe try somthing like " i dont get this sir ive been growing indoor veggies for a few years now, as you know the weather sucks here. its just become a hobbie."
or just have a well thought story for each possible angle and ull be back and growing soon.
how many plants did u have.
i got cought with 4 but it was an illigal search so no charges :)

in my experiance also if you replaced the plants and they do a search
his word vs yours = no charge.

you can ask a lawyer that's serving as your attorney anything, you can tell them anything too. they can't tell police, if they do, it's attorney-client privileged, which means that evidence 'from the fruit of the poisonous tree' they gathered with the information goes out the door too. it's one of the foundations of the justice system.

anyways, put some organic peppers and stuff in there. they dont need any additional evidence. they just need a sworn affidavit from ONE person that says they saw marijuana at the house. they just need to get the DA, judge, and witness in the same room. sometimes that takes some time, sometimes not. and the cops ain't dumb, if they see a nice grow room they'll think it's for pot, even though there's no pot at the house. so they'll be monitoring the house for a good couple of months.

make sure you don't have any ANY shake, resin, kief, leaf, stem......

if you're renting, time to get a new place.....

Yeah, you are probably done growing at that location. I know that if I took EVERYTHING out of my house a dog would still go nuts in there. He just wouldn't find anything.

I love my dog. They train police dogs next door and I got mine trained for free plus I know all the commands for the dogs on the force :D Good luck though and if all else fails they still cant touch you plus you can turn around and press charges on him PLUS sue him for legal fees etc.
