they look like suffering :( any suggestions?

cheers everyone,
i've 2 plants in the vegg stage under 400w mh.
everything was ok till i forget to water them. they stayed about 2-3 days underwatered at that phase the leave were looking down. then i got finally some food for the plant for the first time. (maybe a bit too late?) I gave them FloraNova Grow (7-4-10) I used about 1 tsp / 1,5 gallon

the one on the left looks kinda ok a few brown parts on the tip. but the right one suffers. i searched and i think its fertilizer problem but im not sure is it cause overfeeding or maybe underfeeding?

any help would be appreciated.

IMO yellow leaves is a more of a nutrient problem.
the shriveling is underwatering. get back into the normal watering routine and they should bounce back.
make sure you start small and the food and work it up.

they are wet for 3 days now shouldnt they point up by now?

I have the same problem, but manage to fix it by flushing em. after 24 hours they`re good as new

They were dry and you fed them. Shocked and burned them a bit. Next time they are really dry,(actually its good practice to give them a bit ofplain water before any feeding) give them a drink of plain water a few hours before you feed them nute solution. The wrinkles are not from underwater, its nute shock. Also get them lights closer or get more lights. They are really stretched. And the effected leaves will not recover. They may continue to live and benefit the plant but will always be deformed. Concentrate on the new growth.

You should have just given plain water first after the long dry spell. Give them time to recover before giving nutes.

also check what your watering with, if your water is hard then it could case lockout in combo with your nutes, if you can check your water sources ppm, you don't want it too high.

Do you mean you've been intentionally keeping the soil wet for 3 days? That's going to rot your roots, definitely do not do that. Also, your plants are very, very stretchy. Whatever light you're using is either way too weak or way too far away.

No worries. And next time if in doubt. Just give them plain water. It is way easier to add something later on than it is to flush it out.

im using 400w MH lamp i lowered the lamp a bit thanks for the info tho'
