been a while since i grew the sativa back in my outdoor grows
but i remember how they hated to ripen up
i think you'll need longer than 60 days, but not sure of the breeder guidelines

no problem, love tracking the mind bender, really gotten interested in KC Brains work

but 61 days is less than 9 weeks
my recent grow was nl#5 which had a recommended 8 weeks flower, it's about as indica as you get
i took that to 11 weeks of flower, and i could have gone longer
this could be a loong flower, that is really equatorial sativa looking, at least to me, the slow budding is exactly what you'd expect for a plant of that appearance

ah man thats cool, this is my first actual grow to success, hopefully lol

so this could be a long ride, getting to the purple widow.

24 of the same purple widow seeds just arrived today. I'm using them for an outdoor grow but now that I see how they grow indoors I might try a few inside as well! supposed to be a nice strain though, I wonder if they turn purple indoors or not? Might need a good temperature drop to do it... interested so how how they turn out

thanks man

by the looks of it i think they will turn purple, in close on the buds you can see hughs of purple., if temperature is a problem i could easily lower it, what temps do you think would be good for that though?

Good question!!! Personally I drop my temps to 19 in my flower room when the lights are off, 25 when they are on...but i'm not sure what it'll take...maybe someone on here knows... any takers? We wanna see some purple dammit! :weed:

ok, so my purple widows are turning purple :), but the older one all the hairs are turning red/orange and its only at day 34 of flowering :s i dont know if this is supposed to happen until its ready to be harvested, but if anyone could clear that up it would be good.

Mindbenders are comming along perfect short, bushy, varing phenos types though, semi different scents.

Sour Cream - Flowering But Very Slow !

Bag seed 1 - Nice bud Formations, Flowering very fast but i knoticed on the bottom branches there are Male flower clusters forming underneith the female ones (Not happining above the first 4 branches)., WTF? whats causing this? its weird because i had this problem on the purple widows in the begining but the male flowers died and never came back and the female fglowers took over., so im thinkin its gotta be something im doing?

Bag seed 2 - skinny but comming along wickedly !

The seed from last grow that smells like lemons is budding hard.

and my Short Stuff #1's are just starting off 10 days or so vegging !

all except the short stuffs (obv.) have crystals forming :-) good stuff

bag seed is notorious for hermies, may want to consider if you want to risk the rest of your crop
pictures would help for those that may be able to identify a hermie with certainty

alright man, i will try to get some pictures sometime this week, so you can see it for yourself., there only on the lower branches though., could i just cut them off?

also what kinda seeds would i have if they pollinated another plant, would it be a female seed? or would it be a hermie mix garbage batch?

I was a little bummed at first when you said that your pw were autoflowering....what happened there were you mistaken? Anyways i've been wanting to see these grown out especially indoors can't wait for the new pics. Also been wanting to try some sour cream too sounds great. I'll hang around.

you can snip off hermie balls, there are plenty that do just that
but the balls can pop in really hidden spots and can be a bitch to find
the worst case is everything gets pollinated
there is some product, forget the name that is sprayed on and reverses the hermie situation
and the seed will likely be hermies too, the trait is rather dominant from what i've read

no man seriously they autoflowered, but i was reading on this other forum that the same thing happened.,

Ok growone thats what im going to try an do, i'll really inspect her and and get rid of those balls.

Thanks dudes

ok heres another uptdate..let me know what you guys think
