Probation's knocking should I start chopping

I have to make this quick Im at work but really stressing out,Okay Im legal and do have my card,

My grilfreind is on DUI probation from when she was Under age 20.They fuck with her so bad,They have come to my house 5 times in last year for her,Ive let them in before and they drugtested her and left,Now I just dont answer,What should I do,I have plants and dont want to trash them cause im Legal,But me and my gf are stressing so Bad Im thinking about cutting them down,She Is not on search and seizure ,She passed her drugtests so Why are they messing with her so Bad, what should I do
she Is not a search and seizure (I have buudys on felony probation they dont even mess with )but there stressing out over a dui

Just have your girl call her po and say the neighbors seen them at your place, then have her tell them she will stop by the office......other than that I dont know man.....

ive been on probation fer years doom and im legal. did u consult her PO before growing??? u should have. it wont have an issue in ur life but in hers their COULD be problems, specially if they r knocking and bugging. BUT on the other hand a PO, usually soesnt bug u over sum BS DUI probation. r u sure thats all yall r into. drug testing fer DUI?? ive heard of a breathalyzer in a car and shit but not drug testing?? sounds like u MIGHT b leaving sumthing out?? NO offence, or harm meant. these r legitament ????????'s trying to help you man.

No I didnt tell her PO,They tested her for Crack ,Its like they think my girl is a drug addict ,But shes drug free, I was on felony probation years ago And was searched Once in 5 years ,ITs like there out to get here,I dont no if she gives them attiduut or something when she gouse in there But Im leaving nothing out I promise Im trying to figure out what to do

CALL A LAWYER FIRST!! before u call the PO, hit a local KNOWN lawyer and let him know first and see wat he says to do. they mostly got some good recommendations.

I called my lawyer hopefully he calls back soon,Cause my GF already left a messasge with the superviser to call her back......looking for someone to take my plants right now to be safe,

Your under no legal consideration to let them into your home at all , ever. Unless they have a warrant to come into your home don't let them in, they cannot force their way in unless they outwit you and you give consent.

I called my lawyer and he said they cannot come in at all,Also had my gf talk to the superviser ,Superviser said that shes right and it seems she's being singled out,And is going to talk to the PO's in question

And I found a place for my plants to be safe ,But will only get 50% of the harvest other 50% goes to my buddy
, Im pissed
