cant really see the yellow to much do to the lights bein in the red spectrum. but i dont know what would affect just one branch

could be anything from overwatering, to underwatering, to insects, heat from the lights? maybe wind burn, i think thats what got me. is my fan is too close to my plants and constantly hittin em with a breeze, as i dont have a cool tube for my 1000 watt, but i adjusted the light so the fan didnt have to be so close to the plants to keep them under 85 degrees. i got a question about what nutes you are using, and when you start feeding your veg plants, im subscribed for sure though so do me a favor and keep me interested with updates!! hahah

I don't feed my plants in veg, the FFOF seems to be fine. I feed my plants when I put them in to flower with all kinds of stuff.

I mixed half strength Fossil Fuel Humic acids to promote healthy root growth for uptake of ferts.
I used Overdrive half strength
half cal-mag

last watering I used an organic flower solution I got from a friend, not sure what was in it:) He said it was legit though haha. Sounds funny when I say it out loud maybe I should have found out how hot that was?

i would feed in veg ffof soil usally only has enough nute for the first month if that all depends on the plant strain u got any pics of the plant in natural light

My Ice cream plant has really yellow leaves on just this one branch?

Any Ideas what would cause this? The rest of the plant is legit.

pictures taken through two different pairs of shades to see how they turn out
man it seems like i keep finding new yellow & brown spots or that the ones that pre-existed are spreading pretty slowly, but on my sativa the newest set of leaves just sprouted all deformed and looked like they had been eaten, or burnt, with chunks missing out of them. im just trying to figure out if it a deficiency ( lack of nutes ) or if its bugs. i grow in a dirty ass basement that i just cleaned up 2 months ago and turned into a studio appt with me gf. you should look into bugs, might be what caused JUST one branch to be affected. did it get any worse yet? POST MORE PICTURES! lol im very interested in this thread & how well you do as i too am fairly new to growin the ganj'..

Man sounds like you got the same damn gnats I do. I put sand on top of all my pots and it knocked them back but they are not gone yet.

I will some pictures tomorrow morning in some normal light if I can. get some of the ladybugs I added:)

lady bugs dont mess with knats but they are always good to have in the garden to prevent certain bugs. another way to get rid of knats is to water your plants with some neem oil to suffacate the knat larva in the soil, then add the sand on top. and hang a fly trap up to catch the flying one. but knats dont eat the plant the flyers are harmless its the ones in the soil. also if their is knats it means its to moist in your soil all the time. let the soil dry up a bit more bfore next watering

kinf of, I had lots of plants coming, and wanted to get some stuff started flowering. I will do it diferent from here on out
Winter temperature control.
I found that with my new grow tent there are not as many variables. I have my exhaust out the top and I found that by lowering the export hose higher or lower I can dial in my temperature.

This is where I have it now its at 85 degrees. if I raise it the temp goes down if I lower it it goes up.

ok gotcha on the flowrering part, and thats cool you can just raise and lower the export hose, and 85 is ok but i would aim a little lower more like 70-80, but i have grown in a room that was like 95 all the time and the plants grew great. but 70-80 is ideal

I run 1200 ppm co2, and my research has shown 85 degrees to be ideal at these co2 levels.

Didnt realize you had posted only 1 minute in front of me. Ya the CO2 helps a lot. Im going to make a couple of those little litre dispensors with balloons, they look awesome.

I have a 25 watt 6" in line fan exhausting, and a 120 cfm cpu fan running off a 12v, 22 watt power supply for an intake.

I have 4x4x7 or 112 cubic feet, I have complete air exchange each minute.

I also run 3 co2 generators I reload each week.

Oh and I will go look at your journal and subscribe now if I haven't already:) Thanks for stopping by!
