plant problems

i got these plants from someone and discovered that there is some nutrient problems. the plants in the small pots were transplanted. Is the plant suffering from the transplant or from nutrient deficiency. They guy used to put fish meal stuff into it.
Im suspecting a possible nitrogen deficiency.
I want to transplant a few of these into better soil where i can add my 4-4-4 fert plus a few others. there isn't enough soil in the smaller pots so i think i should go ahead with a transplant to fresh soil.

Im not sure what the guy added to the soil. is it possible he added too much to cause these leaves to color.. or is it needing nutes?

I was wondered if that guy doused them too much of fert. so how do i fix this? the second pic seems like nitrogen deficiency but there is burning starting on that leave plus a few smaller ones which have almost complete burn.

the bottom pic may be n difficiant idk

flush them with cleah ph'd water about twice as much as your pot size. you dont have to be exact just be in the ballpark
