How much molasses to use?

So I've just been doing some research into molasses (lots of different info and useless info out there god damn) and I want to use it on my plants

So I'm using Advanced Nutrients 3 part system (micro, grow, bloom) already... I'm like 3-4 weeks into veg and plan on going into flowering in another week or two (just want a few more inches in height)

So WHEN should I start the molasses (blackstrap I believe?) and how much should I use. Should I use it in the water WITH the nutes?

As of now I just do every other watering with nutes, along with some foliar feeding.

I use 1 tablespoon per gallon. Start at the beginning of the second month of flower. Use it in water with or without the nutes.

My nutes are every other watering like yours, and I use molasses every watering. Grandma's regular molasses is what I buy.

In soils use it towards the end of the flower cycle, I use it outdoors the last month. It feeds the beneficial soil organisms that break down and release the nutrients in the soils for a final push of nutrients. You CAN over do it though and end up feeding destructive molds and mildews in soils as well
As a new grower I would suggest NEVER using it in hydro or Aeroponic systems, it feeds black molds that will EAT YOUR ROOTS! Good Luck!

used it b4 with every watering. but now every second or third watering, 2 tablespoons per gallon. (4 litres) never had an troubles with it

Used it with my last soil grow. 1 TBSP per gallon every watering and feed during the last 4 weeks of flower. No problems but not sure if it made a difference really :/
