ok my plant has bin growing for 3 weeks its about a foot tall and cant hold its selfup the stem at the bottom is turning a lil white and it looks like a lil redish is my plant dying?

Your plant looks fine. I would just add some more soil to that pot to support her some more. When your plant gets a little bigger, pluck the bottom two leafs off and transplant her nice and deep in a big pot.

well one i would have started 12 12 maby after a few months in veg now there are others who will say other wise in my ex its always more thc then cbc every time if there is a veg if there is not you get a small low level bush that wont make it some times now since you put pics up you should prolly go down to your walmart get a soil test see what kind of level things are at then go from there but keep in mind water should be used as needed only until the flowering stage but check all your levels and maby want to think about lowering your light so your fan leafs can get big and strong and not really have to fight and then when the plant says ok im to close you bump them up you will kno to the plant will show wilting and maby bendy but it will ensure the plant is geting all it can and maby some tin foil a little will go a long way lol

The lights being on for only 12 hours a day is probably why she looks so small for 3 weeks, she's getting half the amount of light she is supposed to recieve. With the lights on longer she will strengthen up. Also what type of light are you using ?

Okay well your when you goto the store the type of lights your going to want to purchase is some CFL's or flourescent tube lights. When purchasing lights the things to look for is Kelvin and Lumen output. Flourescents provide the proper spectrum for your plant to flourish in the vegetative state. CFL's (Compact Flourescents) are the best bang for your buck. Get a couple 20-40 watt compact flourescents with a kelvin of 5000-6500. The guy at the store can assist you with this, even if you goto a hardware store. Cost you around 15-20$ and will make a big improvment in the growth of your plant. All your basically looking for is a Kelvin (Spectrum) of 5000-6500 and the more Lumens (intensity of the light) the better. Hope The Helps. HAPPY GROWING !
