no offense but how do you have 200 some posts and not know the answer to that question? How do you have clones and not know the answer to that question? I'm going to catch shit for saying this but I just gotta know .....
The answer of course is no. 12/12 induces flowering. 18/6 mimics natural daylight hours which keeps them in the vegetative state. 24/0 will do this as well

calm down dude. i didnt think it was that dumb a question. the way most people explain it is flowering starts when the days get shorter. am i wrong? well, going from 24/0 to 16/8 would shorten the days 8 hours. No? Going from 18/6 to 12/12 would shorten the days by 6 hours. 24 to 16 is a bigger jump then 18 to 12 so why was my question so stupid? Dont they have longer days in different parts of the world?

I'm sorry man. Don't take it personally. I really didn't mean anything by it. I just found it kinda funny. If you're cloning that obviously means you know what you"re doing which is why I was bustin your balls a bit on that question. I didn't say it was a stupid question, there's no such thing.
