i'm just posting talking points, not opinions. i try not to take sides. which makes it appear as if i'm flip flopping. i'm not.

like this, .... http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/us_lesbian_prom_date

if the gays can't have it NO ONE CAN!!!!!! :cuss:

i was unsubscribed but came back just for this. :)
When you directly address me in the first sentence.... I assume the second is also for me as well....unless you name someone...you didn't.

It's okay though ... it happens.

Well really, it's not like the entire district doesn't now know for sure that this girl is a lesbian. Canceling the prom won't change her sexual orientation, nor the town's knowledge of it. (Nor the nation's now, for that matter.) All it did was piss off a lot of other kids and surely their parents, and most of their anger will be directed at the lesbian instead of those who decided it was in the "best interest" of everyone else to just shut down the whole thing and bury their heads in the sand.

We tell our kids to be proud of who they are no matter what, but I guess that's only so long as they're just like everyone else. To me, that's the biggest hypocrisy of it all. Double standards, anyone?
Great post.

They want what they want. Gay, white, Asian, lactose intollerant-it doesnt matter, everyone wants the same thing, pleasure. Unfortunately, most people dont know how to achieve this, receive this, or enjoy this because so many are defined by misery. There are a lot of people who are only happy when they are miserable. Im ok with all things, so long as they dont cut into my pleasure.

The golden rule could save the world, if only we werent such gold diggers.

Im not gay, but the guy im fucking thinks i am, boy wont he be surprized when i tell him that i love boobs and i faked all my orgasms.

You should always be able to defend your beliefs when challenged, just my opinion. Though I support your right to keep your business to yourself.

i'm not here to have my beliefs accepted. why would i throw them out there just so i can defend them? i have nothing to prove. seems like most people here do though. :weed:

I don't think anyone is here to really prove their beliefs. More like just share them, see which ones sound the best..

Nobody should be content holding the wrong belief... wouldn't you agree?:leaf:

then why all the name calling and personal attacks? :eyesmoke:

why would i willingly subject myself to it? nobody here has discussions or debates. the point fingers, lay blame, judge and disrespect. most the people posting in this section are here to prove something. they state their "opinons" and then try to back them with facts. or am i missing something? :eyesmoke::eyesmoke:

How do you debate?

I get your point, and the attacks are unnecessary, and they're usually coupled with condescending remarks. For some reason a lot of people here can't admit a mistake or say "I don't know", everyone's an expert...

I'm guilty too, but it gets in the way of the goal of the thread, and I wish people would understand that, namely a few specific members who, if they tried, could really contribute a really good alternative perspective to the discussion...

You forgot to talk about lesbians. I wonder if an old country boy like yourself would describe two lesbians rubbing each other's pink in such derogatory terms.
Certainly. If you insist. Two girls "rubbing their pink" is about as fascinating as visiting a cottage cheese factory....which indecently, if they continued to rub their pudding muffins together would result in a concoction very similar to what you seen at the cottage cheese factory.

Will that work for ya Mr DukeofBaja?

Living life in pursuit of pleasure is a great way to ensure misery. Pleasure and happiness and entirely different things.
