grow tent heating problems

I have a 4x4 tent with 1000 watts m/h running
and a 6" active air fan 400cfm +

we have:
A/C >Hood>Exhaust

We are getting up to 89 degrees and down to 69 at night

and the plants are not looking good.
we have 2 og kush clones goin

What are your ambient temperatures? What kind of tent do you have?

I have a Secret Jardin 3x3x6 DR100L with a 400w MH/HPS Hydrofarm 4" reflector. I'm using a valueline 6" 435cfm fan which is sitting on the floor. I pull the air from one side of the tent across the reflector and out the other exhaust port. My temps run 75-78 when the ambient temperature is below 70 degrees.

Im using a 4x4 tent with a 1000w hps and my temps are about 77 degrees and thats with ambient temps around 73 degrees......your doing somting wrong if your temps are in the 89 degrees range thats too hot......the hottest my tent as got so far is 84....are you exhausting the tent with a fan or are you just cooling the light with the fan?? if your only using ONE fan then your doing it wrong you should be cooling the light and exhausting the room with that one fan......unless your using two fans then one for light and one for tent....make sense?? 89 degrees thats TOO HOT....
