ill add another small amount of nutes to the mix next feeding and see what happens, thanks sicc:-P

lol pang yea im using a emergency blanket i bought at canadian tire for 4 bux, works like a charm.
your right, my setup has definetly changed, started off trying to grow in a fish tank stand but i figured if im gonna grow i might as well GROW i plan on buying a 400w hps sometime during the summer but id have to find one for around 100 bux and i dont really know if the cheep setups are any good, and there really isnt any intake or exhaust, i leave the closet door open a crack but and hps would be too bright to do that. ah well i might be able to afford a little more by the time i buy it soi might find a way to run exhaust, doubt it though cuz im renting ,i dunno, lemme know when you get ur new cfl setup up and running id like to see what you come upwith:bigjoint:

if its yellow ur close to 6,0...might be slightly under or slightly over, DON'T WORRY though! People in theese forums tend to explain everything they don't comprehend w "it's pH fluctuation". anything between 5,5 nd 7,5 works, but in my experience and also what I read seasoned growers experience is that they grow best and for optimal nute uptake between 6,2 and 6,7 for soil, but I been growig in 6,0 soil for some time now and it works great, look at this NL 28inch tall, only 13 days into 12/12 growing in 6,0 soil and doing a max nute uptake it seems ;) it has grown 15inch in 13 days, NO LIE!!! Ima go take a pic of my "pH drop chart"...brb!

Here's my "pH chart" 6,0-7,6

Ouch! Plants get accustomed to a certain enviorment any change can cause stress. Looks like you severely shocked your plants by making the Ph higher iono why you would even do that if they were growing fine b4. I've never even heard of using baking soda with a water flush to raise your ph. You shouldn't make sudden changes to the plants, especially during flowering. The plant may go hermie now.

You shouldn't worry to much about your plants like that, let them do their thing. You shouldn't feed her any other nutes for awhile just plain 6.5 Ph water and hopefully she'll bounce back, but those leaves look totally fried. How's the top growth look? does it have any solid green fan leaves?

i read on another forum that if you add a half tablespoon to 2 litres of plain water and your ph will raise a few points, and the only reason i tried to raise theph is because the leaves on both my girls were starting to yellow and i knew i was giving them enough food so i thought it might be nute lockout due to the low ph, ah well, that seed i planted two weeks ago is showing fem already so if the fried girl dies or herms i have a backup, there are very few fully green leaves but there are some, i lightly misted the leaves with a nice even 6.5ph water and some of them seemed to recover from the damage, nobody told me i would shock them if i raised the ph too fast, mind you i didn't ask and i probably should have, thanks for your responce:weed:
