I have a window over my plants about 4" above the surface of the dirt. There are 3 open sides and 1 is the back of the outdoor grow-box.
I ordered 35 seeds. 10 Master Kush, 20 Haze&Skunk mix and 5 Afghani. So, I planted 10 of the mix seeds and got them to sprout, I just walked out to have a smoke and looked at my babies, 3 were gone or bit off at the top!!! I know it had to be a fucking Bird, so I covered the sides with dirt (temporary fix). Has anyone had problems with birds? If so, What did you do to keep them from your sprouts? No scarecrows, they dont work for Robins and all they do is draw attention.
