where are you originally from? what made you plan to move here? i am residing now in metro manila, where the capital of the phil is...depends which part of manila your moving into or which part of the philippines, if you are looking for places to hang-out 24/7 like club and bar hopping or looking for work i would suggest metro manila area. if you are free spirited and just want to smoke all day in the beach there is an island called boracay where a lot of foreigners are and natives at the same time. i am not familliar with the other cities though. i just moved here cause my dad has a business here and he asked mo to help him.
from the boot and i work with a bunch of Filipinos i went to the Philippines last may and stayed in manila, Baguio city, Batangas city, and Sabang. i heard about Boracay and plan on going there next time i go to the Philippines, and also Cebu. i want to save some dough first so when i get there i can open a bungalow type hotel on the beach and live like a king and smoke it up all day. you are right about the laws being fucked up. dont get caught or you could end up in jail for the rest of your life. i think they stoped putting offenders in front of the firing squad a few years ago. dont buy that shit from just anyone on the street or whores you don trust because they will report you to the police so they can get part of the bribe or get out of their own trouble.
