hehe, I am woman, hear me roar
MEOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW.

Only five fuckable women? Are you kidding??? Are you one of those guys in the gym staring at himself in the gym?

Look around you.....women bust their ass with weights, and they don't look any less feminine for it either.

I just like it because it puts me on the same "level" as a man? I'm already on the same level as a man, with or without the weights...care to elaborate "on the same level?"

For the record, working out with weights is all the rage in Hollywood. We're not talking about the woman starving herself to look like a skeleton. Now, THEY run endless miles and work their abs...and die a young death too, I might add.

no no you get me wrong
i'm saying to a point

that sexy female will start looking like a handsome male

Mannnnnnn.......I could find endless examples.
Don't think for a minute these women aren't training hard with weights.

Now, this woman has real boobs.......I salute her.
<---result of weight lifting.
AND let's not forget the infamous Sports Illustrated. Think they aren't hitting the gym for the session with some weights?

...and that's when I say they need to cut back on the weights. That overloaded (and unattractive bulk) will only turn to fat if they don't do one of two things.....
1) huge cut back in calories and TONS of cardio
or
2) continue to either add the muscle or maintain.

I can see your point. I don't find bulky muscle attractive on a female...yuck.
On that note, I DON'T find it particularly appealing on a man either.
I think they need to find some boundaries too.
<---not at all appealing to my senses.

yeah my wife says the same thing

she and you are full of shit
she just said that this guy looked nasty
and looks like he has breast
she also hate that vain look
she's full of shit. i'm out of shape so you can never tell me i look better then this guy
i would love to look like this guy
when a guy like that walks buy i see how women responed to it
if your boyfriend or husband looked like that and came to pick you up from work with his shirt off . the women at you job would go crasy

......

I think thats way to husky ^^^^^^

I would never want to look like that.Im just not into the whole body builder thing.I just like to stay fit and flexible.
I really dont see a need for all that. One hit to the solar plex and that guy is going straight down and after that its a rap for him.But let him catch you with a haymaker and he'll probably fracture your whole face.

Your wife is right...the guy does look nasty...and he will have some hefty tits too at 50---mark my words.

You don't get it. I was in elite shape, note I said "was." You know who I ended up with?...a guy with a gut.

Some of us women are a lot less vain than you think us.

I'm fairly positive I'd say you look better than this guy.......unless of course you are well over 300 lbs. Fat is bearable in this case......that guy is shooting up steroids. Steroids are freakish acts of nature and no man on them keeps a woman around because they are so caught up with anger issues.

BTW, I would never have a husband who picked me up from work to show off his pecs.....nasty ass pecs at that. Who needs a man with bigger tits than I have?

Face it.......your wife loves you, just for who you are. :peace:

Well, I'm here to proudly say that in just over a week, I went from 280 to 265. Working out 3x a day and eating alot less. Thank god for mucle memory. I know that I usually lose 10lbs of water weight my first week, but that also means I still lost 5lbs of fat. The human body is an amazing thing. Now just to get rid of 45 more lbs and I'll be the tank I used to be.

When I was a personal trainer I trained one guy for a year and a half and took him from 150kg down to 80kg and a 1st place trophy in a local bodybuilding comp. He trained very hard, and was a HUGE eater, even when pretending to adhere to my strict nutritional regime. He lost every bit of fat he had, and was left with minimal saggy skin. Beforehand he was a huge big fatty with missing teeth, a strong aroma about him, a bad attitude, and he snored while he breathed. After I finished with him, he was walking off stage with a trophy in his hands, a 6 pack stomach, a new set of false teeth,a fake tan, and a new outlook on life. His whole demeanor changed and he was no longer aggressive, smelly, and fat. He could play with his kids, fit in the car, and wipe his own arse with ease. A truly life-changing transformation. Especially for his wife and kids, whom he left for a well developed gym bunny. New body, new life, new life - new wife.

Hey bro...just a little advice. If you're trying to lose weight, then gain muscle....try to cut the carbs...except in the mornin'. When you wake up have a bowl of oatmeal (great carbs)! Every 2-3 hours have a SMALL meal (chicken breast, tuna, egg whites, etc.). When i say small...imagine what your going to eat all compressed into a ball...you only want it the size of like...ummm...a grapefruit. This will speed up your metabolism and you'll lose weight. I did this until i was down to 205 from 280. Then I started doing load cycles and what not...anyway, i hope this helps bro...i've been there. I'm now at 195...almost 100 lbs gone...woot! Mind you it's almost been a year now...will be next month. :hump:

congrats on the weight loss man, I still got the mucle mass, just got alot more laundry on the wash board now lol. I'm not too worried about building up, just losing the extra pounds
I'm also eating alot less, not outta boredom, only when hungry now and no more than my fist at a time.

Alright man, I love these kinda posts and always try and comment when I see them. Before I give you any advice heres my background I am 6'3 and 2 years ago i weighed a very fatty 345lbs. Now after about 26 months I am 215lbs and pretty lean (about 12% bodyfat).
First go to bodybuilding.com, you will learn alot about diet and exercises.
If you follow a low carb diet and take in less calories than you need (takes 3500 calorie deficet to lose one pound), you will lose weight.
Eat 6 small meals a day.
Make attainable goals (if you can actually attain a goal it will boost confidence)
PATIENCE (it will not happen over night but it will happen)
I did and still do drink alot of diet sodas, others will tell you they are bad but worked ok for me. I smoked herb the whole time, it really helps my motivation in the gym.
Last bit of advice you CAN do it, no matter what people say and you will be suprised by the negative comments you will get, although good comments far outweigh the negative ones.
As far as girls go dont beleive the BS some are saying how looks dont matter, I get hit on all the time now at the gym and out, as superficial as it sounds looks do matter and most women do want to be with the fit guy, its just the tables flip and women become the unsure confident ones towards you and your new look.
Best of Luck to you!
