ac and stink. should i worry about outside

is that a special thing that a new ac unit of medium large size wouldnt have? ive only had it for a couple days and ive been baked but it doesnt seem to smell outside. think the unit would have one?

no the ac unit will not have any kind of filtration to hide smell
