but I suck at rolling joints. Always been a bowl, bong, or blunt fan. The 3B's

But I have a pack of wraps and I need to learn how to roll a joint and blunt, I have looked at some crappy youtube videos, but wondering if anyone here had a perfect guide to rolling a joint or a video or something.

Teach me, I will be your Padawan.

man i remember i use to never roll either always had someone else or my trusty bong and pipe but when i bought my house i figured its time i bought a bag and didnt smoke none unless i rolled it. well needless to say i had to smoke. that night i was a rollin fool. they werent pretty but they smoked. just keep trying they get better. dont know how to tell you in words just got to try. good luck

I suck at rolling too. But joints are reserved for special occasions. When I do I use a rolling machine. Rolls em perfect every time.

always focus on the end you're going to hit off of. . . . I always start the tight roll off the end I'm going to hit off of, then work it so it makes a cone shape. then it always turns out perfect....

this takes practice but it's very consistent and fast.

so what i do is "prime" the paper before i start rolling it by sliding the bottom of the paper up and down(i dont know if that made any sense) and the paper just wants to roll its self up

so i put in the weed and roll the paper in my fingers so the weed is already in joint shape, then i pick one side tuck it in a little bit more than the rest, fold the bottom part under and lick/fold over the top

if its a little tight ill give it a massage and it will hit like a champ

mooby, where do you live? if you lived near me i could give you some lessons at the price of a joint lol

im a dutchmaster person myself; those pre-rolled blunts seem blasphemous to me

something about taking apart a cigar that has been put together by hand with skill and putting it back together, with skill, makes me feel good

hey mooby, do you smoke ciggs? i got alot better at rolling perfect joints after i started getting rollie tobacco. something about NEEDING to roll makes it easier to do lol

just practice man, sit down and roll the same joint as many times as you need to until it comes out perfect, if its not perfect break it open and try again

and tell your friend to stop making fun of you and teach you something

Rolling a Joint 101;

- cut your herb up with a sharp pair of scissors between your fingers or use a budbuster(coffee grinder) or something that get's the job done, make sure it's quite evenly chopped (this makes for evem burning during consumption)

- next select rolling paper to use ( I usually go with Rizzla brand black pack )

- now hold paper in weaker hand (use steady hand) and sprinkle in the pruduct evenly (no unwanted pregnancies)

- now gently hold the paper with herbals with the first two fingers of each hand (tips resting gently) on the back of the paper with both of your opposable thumbs in the same fashion

- next starting from that position gently roll the joint from the middle out towards the ends into a loosely packed log formation getting tighter as you form this final shape ( it depends on the texture and dryness of your herb used to determine the firmness you want for smoking ease )

- now you have created the shape of your "cigarette" next you wanna roll it all the way up to where just the glue is exposed

- you may now give your doobie a kiss and lick it and stick it (this gets prettier as you get better at rolling, I have it to where the glue is perfectly straight and the doob looks uniform)

Been doin it for 40 years, here are a few tips.

1) Clean your weed, herb grinder if you have one.

2) Take a paper (you might want to start with the 1 1/4 size) and fold it so there is a crease in it to hold your weed.

3) Put left index finger in the fold and hold with thumb and other finger.

4) Put weed in the fold, not to much, not to little, you will need practice.

5) In the middle of the weed make an indentation, kinda like forming 2 piles.

*6) with you index fingers on the back side, place your thumbs on the paper and roll it a little (this will flatten out the piles).

7) Now roll it until the weed is covered. There should be a gummed edge sticking up the back.

Lick the glue and roll it up. You may want to stick it in you mouth and twist it in case it is uneven.

Keep practicing ! It takes awhile. If you are still having problems try 2 papers or larger papers. Once you get good, try smaller papers.
