lol...if you stand up then see black around the edge of your vision, followed by tingles you just almost blacked out from drop in blood pressure...
its like when you stand back to a wall, breathe in and out deeply 5 times, breathe in deep the 6th then drop to your butt with your back sliding down the wall..exhale as fast as you can while you drop and you will pass out...kids used to do it at school..called it "blackouts"...I never did it but it just literally the movement of dropping while exhaling creates negative pressure below your neck, this draws blood to your feet...your heart then speeds up to restore pressure this is the warm feeling, and the out of breath is your lungs trying to keep up with your heart.
The tingles are the same thing as when theres no blood in your hand then you shake it and it tingles..blood returning to all the small blood vessels that you just emptied by standing up too fast...
When we cough and even when we HOLD that smoke in and our body "convulses" our lungs put physical pressure on our heart..this can cause too much or not enough blood per beat, which makes our body want to normalise blood flow, we do this the same way a sportsbike makes power in a small stroke engine... theres less blood per beat (the heart doesnt fully expand) but many many many more beats (my bike redlines at 16,000 rpm...cars at what 8 - 10k? its due to the longer stroke, but more powerful stroke of a car...giving it more muscle to push weight..the bike has less muscle but more speed.
This is the racing pulse you probably also felt...the neon coloured lines or dots in your vision are caused by this. Blood pressure in the eyes becomes too high..blood vessels explode (theres your red eyes!) and the receptors in your eyes become overstimulated and give these "visual disturbances".
Thats why if you ever get dots or lines in your vision and you havent just had a coughing fit or anything...if it just happens get to the hospital...your heart is pushing your blood pressure up for some reason, or a clot has formed somewhere and could become dislodged...or it could just be low blood sugar..but dont risk it! (This only applies if you were not exerting yourself..if you were calm and relaxed and BAM all of a sudden you get visual disturbances...somethings up with your heart or circlulation.
Sorry bout the novel, just thought i would let you know it wasn't laced, you just put a little stress on your heart...its ok once in a while..doctors put the same stress on your heart to perform tests to see if its functioning properly. (they will put stress on it and time its responses, can be a good indicator of early problems).
bong on...maybe hit it twice, or if you really want to sink it in one hit just count to about 30 before you try to stand up after a bong rip...
of course, while there is smoke in your lungs, every heartbeat takes another "dose" of thc. (every beat gives lungs fresh new blood, which absorbs the active constituents of the smoke, and carries it to the brain...if your heart only beats once you only get one beat worth of thc then you blew it out..if your heart beats 4 times you just got 4 times more stoned than last time.
Of course the more heartbeats that take thc, they also take carcinogens and other BAD things..which become more concentrated as thc and oxygen are absorbed much faster than them...for this reason its recommended to exhale after a count of 3. One and TWO and THREE exhale.
(or the math would be something like..."example only, not real data":
1 beat takes 1microgra of thc, 3 mg oxygen, .2 micrograms of bad crap
the next beat only has access to .9 micrograms of thc, still takes 3mg of oxygen (lungs are good at that) but the levels of crap are higher now so we take .4 micros.
the next beat may give us .7 thc, 2mg oxy, .6 crap
as you can see it soon becomes pretty much no thc or oxygen, and all crap and co2 (which our blood is releasing as it grabs the other stuff..too much of this creates an acidic environment on the surface of your lungs...ever tasted blood? dont hold tobacco or mj smoke too long..its not physical damage from coughing..you are turning the mucus in your lungs into acid! - Oxygen reverses this process..but then thats less oxygen to absorb for use in your body..releasing too much co2 etc.
Doesnt this seem the same as roots to you guys..uptaking this and that, releasing this..that gets to toxic levels, acidity builds up compounding the problem...then we flush and start again with roots...
We breathe faster and heavier to flush our lungs...oxygen is our water (well theres oxygen IN water..we just like ours in gas form plants like liquid)
holy crap im stoned..sorry to go off on 50 tangents..hope i answered whatever the question was!
